An attractive single-storey villa, located in close proximity to Pollensa, Puerto Pollensa as well as Alcudia, is Villa Bosque. Here at this 3-bedroom villa for 6 guests, it is tastefully furnished in typical Mallorcan style with ample and spacious outdoor grounds to boot. Set among its lawn gardens are plenty of sun loungers and patio furniture, while its interiors exhibit an authentic Mallorcan feel and vibe with tiled flooring and wooden beamed ceilings and furniture, interspersed with some contemporary mix of sofas and other modern creature comforts thrown in. Guests will have no problem staying indoors or simply lounging under the sun-kissed spots outside, or that they can conveniently head to the nearest town for a dose of good sightseeing and other dining and wining activities.
The 3 bedrooms at the villa are all found on the same floor of this single-storey villa. From the 3 rooms, 1 of them is a double bedroom and the other 2 being twin-configured beddings. They are simplistic in style, featuring lots of wooden materials such as in the bed frame, window frames, side desks or cabinets, and wooden beams above the ceiling. All rooms are air-conditioned and there are 2 bathrooms for guests.
The external grounds feature a swimming pool measuring 9m X 5m set amidst the well-manicured lawned gardens, while framed by ample sun loungers, patio furniture that serves as the perfect alfresco dining space within the cool shaded terrace, and barbeque equipment for great barbeque evenings, hosting and entertaining.
Inside the dwelling is where guests will find respite and solace for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. Step into the open plan lounge / dining area that exhibits the typical Mallorcan design and style, and which opens out to the lovely gardens outside. Behind the dining hall is where the well-equipped and traditionally-furnished kitchen lies, with its generous layout and space for guests to mingle around and have a great cookout session.
Guests are provided with complimentary Wifi connection throughout their stay here, satellite television for entertainment as well as dishwasher and washing machine to take care of their dishes and laundry needs.
Villa Bosque is strategically located close to the trio of Pollensa, Puerto Pollensa, and Alcudia, which makes it an excellent base to head out to various shops, amenities, restaurants, bars and the main square within these neighbouring towns - all of which take just a 5-minute driving distance. The beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia are only 5.5km and 6.5km out respectively.
