Villa Folies boasts six double bedroom suites, the décor of each is super comfortable and chic with lovely furnishings and finishes. All have super comfortable beds and high end linens with wonderful décor. The finishes in this spectacular villa are beyond stunning, with natural stones, timbers and marble used beautifully throughout and incorporating a really luxurious flair. Each bedroom has air-conditioning and heating for guests' comfort. Access to the terrace is also a feature of the first floor rooms, the perfect spot for a morning coffee or just a relax in privacy with nothing but the sounds of the sea to disturb you.

Each of the lovely bedrooms have wonderful ensuite bathrooms, one with a bathtub with amazing views, and the rest with walk-in showers. Each bathroom is unique with stone, marble and timber featured prominently. These are truly a spa like experience and finished to the highest quality. Luxury towels are provided.

Guests can enjoy the huge heated infinity swimming pool, relax with a great book while soaking up the rays of the Mallorcan sun or enjoy a meal at the al fresco dining table situated in close proximity to the living areas, and serviced by a well appointed outdoor kitchen and BBQ. For the more energetic the gym is well equipped, or perhaps the private spa with jacuzzi and sauna is more appealing. Leaving this villa will be difficult! This glorious villa is absolutely a luxurious haven, with natural stone, white washed timber beamed ceilings, marble and lovely timbers used beautifully to create a stunningly modern yet relaxed home with a real feel for luxury interior design, it is a pleasure to stay and relax in. The three level home is light, bright and airy, with both a staircase and lift for easy access to all floors. The open plan living areas on the main floor, are sun drenched with carefully chosen artwork, a lovely lounge area with comfortable couches for lounging, satellite TV, Bang and Olafson sound system with ipad controls, a lovely feature fireplace and of course huge windows and doors to capture the stunning blues just beyond. This is the perfect place to relax with family and friends, forget about the world, enjoy and rest.

The dining area is lovely with a great use of vibrant colour and doors opening to the terrace and al fresco dining area, and adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen with everything one could possibly need to whip up a spectacular meal. Also situated on the main floor is the spa area with sauna and jacuzzi, a fully equipped gym area and two double bedrooms with ensuite. The lower ground floor is home to another bedroom with double bed, a bathroom and another large living room and fully equipped kitchen including washing machine, a perfect spot for those wanting privacy while being able to still be close. The first floor is the home for the final three bedrooms and ensuites with lovely terraces to enjoy the amazing views.

Daily housekeeping is included to make your stay that much more comfortable. The arrival time for our guests is 4pm with departure time by10am. All our lovely linens and towels are supplied including pool towels, as is final cleaning and energy costs. Wifi is provided throughout the villa for those that cannot unplug. We also can provide many services such as prestocking the refrigerator to babysitters. Please enquire at time of booking. The extras will make your vacation extra perfect.
