Villa Prana welcomes you to a memorable holiday on St Barth Island. This newly constructed villa is on the Anse des Cayes beach, which guarantees splendid views from dawn to dusk. It is a small untamed beached with hills, corals, and the turquoise blue sea. It is one of the quietest beaches on the island, perfect for a lazy holiday by the sea. However, Anse des Cayes is still quite popular with the surfers, who come here for the wind and the waves. The untamed wilderness of the Caribbean will be right in front of you here. Go for long walks on the beach or just sit back, relax, and enjoy the views.
Prana is a Sanskrit word that means “life force” or “energy”. The villa can be your home-away-from-home where you get together with family or friends and spend quality time together. Organize an outdoor party beside the pool or on your private stretch of beach. You can also book Villa Prana together with Villa Greenheart, which is next door, if you are traveling as a larger group. Together, the two villas can accommodate up to 12 guests.
Villa Prana in St Barts has three bedrooms for six guests. One has a sea view, another overlooks the patio, and the third is quieter and more private on the lower level. Two bedrooms have large king beds, while the third has a twin that can be converted to a king. The beds have colorful patterned textiles and extra cushions for your comfort. Large glass sliding doors open to the seaside patio with a seating area.
All three bedrooms are air-conditioned and have satellite televisions for your entertainment. The ensuite bathrooms are modern. They have rainwater showers and hair dryers.
A highlight of this rental property is the beach, which is right in front. Anse des Cayes is not the best beach for swimming, but it is very scenic, thanks to the hills on both sides and also the ones rising from just behind the house. This is a beachfront property, so you can relax on a lounger right on the beach in front of your villa. There is also a shaded pergola where you can lay down comfortably and catch a quick nap while enjoying the sea breeze.
Just two steps from the beach and you will be at the terrace, which has a heated pool and a Sonos sound system. Sun beds are also placed on the poolside.
The interior is stylish, simple, and sublime. Each room opens to the beach-facing terrace, so you are always close to the views. The living room has a large sofa area around a Sonos sound system and satellite television. Spend your evenings here or if it is raining outside. Plan your activities, catch up on the old times, or watch a movie together.
The living room opens to the indoor dining area and a well-equipped kitchen where you will find an oven, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, juicer, dishwasher, and other modern appliances. There is also a gym with a treadmill, stationary bike, free weights, and a yoga mat.
You will have everything in this villa for a luxury stay. The bedrooms have high-quality linen, large wardrobes, and air-conditioning. The heated pool is exclusively for your use for the duration of your stay. The kitchen has many pots and pans. There is a fitness room for your use as well. The housekeeping team will be there every day, except Sundays, to keep the property clean. Various on-demand services are also available for a charge.
Anse des Cayes is one of the quieter beaches of St. Barth. However, you will still find quite a few cafes, restaurants, and shops. Hotel Manipani with its services is very close. The capital city Gustavia is on the other side. You can also visit the nearby Saint-Jean beach, which is also very scenic.
