The six double bedrooms of the villa hosting comfortably 10 guests are spacious and charming. Wood beamed ceilings complimented by terracotta flooring accentuate the villa's natural rusticity, decorated with soothing and natural toning colours.
The delightful property has a double room with ensuite with bathtub and a twin {or double} with ensuite shower on the first floor. There is also a separate wing on this floor with a double bedroom and one single room, which share a bathroom with shower. The fabulous tower is home to a double [or twin] room with ensuite boasting a bathtub, and last but definitely not least is a single bedroom with garden access and and ensuite on the ground floor. The bedroom layout is wonderful for friends wishing to have a little privacy or family group.
The bedrooms and bathrooms are simple luxury at its best, with wonderful bedding, comfortable and sumptuous, clean white walls, beautiful timber furniture and crisp white sheets ensuring comfort and relaxation for all guests.
The bathrooms are fully equipped and have lovely plush towels, beautiful decor and windows looking out over the lush gardens.

The villa's 15 x 4.5m pool is surrounded by two of the original ancient stone walls from the mill, creating a calming and sunny spot to enjoy the Tuscan sun. The lush gardens host many spots to relax or perhaps enjoy a nap in the shade or on the many sunbeds to soak up the rays. Villa Il Mulino also boasts a ping pong table and bicycles for guests use.
The younger ones in the party will love the grassed areas to run and play, awash with wild flowers, scented by lavender, this is truly a piece of paradise for all to enjoy. The pool is fenced for the little ones safety, and floodlit in the evenings.
Located in a beautiful large estate, which is a working organic farm, guests have the opportunity to discover the delights of this wonderful area. The amazingly fresh home grown produce from the land of the villa ensures guests absolutely stunning cuisine. Guests may also enjoy the fresh pressed olive oils or discover the ancient villages in the area, guaranteeing a perfect spot for a lovely relaxed family vacation or a special trip away with a group of friends.

The covered pergola of the villa is lovingly built from local stone and the home furnished in a chic blend of treasures sourced from around the world. Villa Il Mulino is awash with warm and thoughtful touches, ensuring guests are completely comfortable throughout the property.The villa is equipped with a farm style kitchen which leads out to a grapevine covered pergola perfect for outdoor dining with a vista of endless beauty. The fully equipped kitchen, including nespresso machine, dishwasher, large oven and range and all equipment needed to prepare gourmet meals which can be enjoyed on the lovely marble topped table for an informal meal, or in the delightful more formal dining room seating 10 guests comfortably. This spacious kitchen also features a larder, creating a large space perfect to prepare meals in comfort.
A fully equipped laundry room is a wonderful addition, especially for families.
The lounge area of the villa is the ideal place to gather as a group and enjoy the fireplace and comfortable seating, complementing the farmhouse chic style. Guests can gaze at the beautiful views, or perhaps find a cozy nook to enjoy a good book. The lounge is also equipped with a large HD TV and sMarshall MP3 stereo for guests entertainment. Lovely whitewashed timber ceilings, terracotta floors, French windows, a stunning open fireplace and beautiful arched entryways invoke a feel of a time long ago, with modern conveniences to ensure a comfortable and very pleasant vacation.
