The 2 double bedrooms, complete with ensuites of the farmhouse host comfortably 4 guests and are spacious and alluring. Each decorated with soothing and natural fabrics and colours, the bedrooms all have stunning scenic views over the hills and to the lovely town of Lucignano. The ensuites are bright and airy, and beautifully appointed, with plush towels and windows overlooking the countryside. There is also the annexe, a charming building approximately 20 meters from the main house, with a double bedroom, ensuite bathroom and private terrace for guests needing the extra space. The villa can be rented with two bedrooms only, if desired. The annexe will be closed and not rented.

French doors lead from the living area and kitchen to the beautiful pergola. There is a barbecue for alfresco dining under the vine covered pergola. The outdoor dining area is the perfect spot to enjoy the lovely sunny days or the vast Tuscan night sky drinking iint he breathtaking views and enjoy the absolute peace and serenity of this wonderful property. A sparkling 14 x 4.5 meter turquoise swimming pool is on the lower level of the lush gardens and is equipped with sunbeds, pool towels and an outdoor shower. This completes this wonderful villa with ample chairs and sunbeds to enjoy the Tuscan sun and the wonderful gardens surrounding the villa. Guests will enjoy wandering the stunning gardens and children will be entranced with the wide open spaces to run and play.

A plush sofa and armchairs,and a gorgeous Indian rug complete this pretty room.
The villa is inclusive of an expansive farmhouse kitchen which runs the width of the home. This is truly the heart of the villa. Fully equipped, including a dishwasher, the kitchen is the perfect space for guests to prepare gourmet meals which can be enjoyed on the large farmhouse table, seating 6 plus guests comfortably. The kitchen has a larder, a large space wonderful to store all the fresh produce guests are sure to want.
