The seafront property, built near the Betlem rock beach offers not only gorgeous view of the sea but also easy access to the beach, as it is literary steps away from this home (250m). In addition, it is about 6km from the back of Colonia de Sant Pere, where you can find supermarkets, retail stores and many more.
There are two lovely ensuite bathrooms that can accommodate up to four guests. Both rooms are fitted with air-conditioners for added comfort and better sleep. Bedroom 1 which has a rustic feel, has a large comfortable double bed with spacious ensuite bathroom with shower, high-end fixtures, premium toiletries and vanities, while bedroom 2 come with a cosy bunk bed, plush sofa, tv and a play area, perfect for children to sleep in.
The highlight of this property is its amazing outdoor spaces, particularly its vast rooftop area which has an open seating area with comfy sofas and another shaded dining area with a portable bbq stove, great for chilling out over tantalising grilled meals and enjoying the sunset or sunrise as well as the wonderful sea views. The rooftop space can be accessed via an external staircase by the side of the home. Additionally, there are also ample seating and alfresco dining areas available outdoors. Right in front of the home is a spacious semi-open terrace that houses a wonderful dining space (perfect for alfresco dining) as well as a cosy seating area at the other end with large rattan settees that is oh so comfortable. As it is a little elevated, you will get to enjoy the beautiful landscapes all round. Sip tea and indulge in some snacks at the small picnic table in the open terrace space, leading to the swimming pool where you can easily monitor kids at play whether in the pool or the vast outdoor spaces. Take that lazy afternoon nap on a hammock by the beautifully landscaped garden lined with Mediterranean plants or rest on the super plush sun-lounger by the pool in sheer bliss.
The open-plan interior spaces are beautifully crafted, with their whitewashed walls and exposed wooden beam ceilings. For additional comfort, the entire indoor space is air-conditioned. The living space is filled with warmth and coziness, with its super plush sofas, awesome fireplace, dimmed lighting, and beautiful decorations, creating the perfect setting for a movie night with the satellite channel and flat-screen TV. There is a large bookshelf by the corner filled with books, where you can pick up an interesting topic and catch up on some reading while enjoying the comfortable living space.
Wake up to the smell of freshly brewed coffee from the spacious modern kitchen, which is also fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, dishes/cutleries, microwave, kitchen utensils, oven, dishwasher, and a coffee machine (a bonus for coffee lovers)—perfect to prepare snacks or even full meals.
The home’s friendly team will welcome and assist you throughout your stay (24/7). Services included are final cleaning, baby chair and crib/cot. All other services needed like childcare, transfers, tour and dining arrangements, stocking of pantry and more, can be arranged with additional charges.
With such much to do in this property, it is understandable if you’d like to stay in throughout your trip. Beyond the home are plenty of activities to indulge in. Take in the fresh sea breeze and enjoy the fabulous sea and mountain view, from Betlem Rock beach which is literally in front of your doorstep (250m). For essentials, head on to the supermarket in the small village of Betlem, about 6km away, which is also dotted with many restaurants and retail stores. The town centre of Colonia de Sant Pierre, a small unpretentious fishing village is 5km where you can partake in many outdoor activities like bird watching, hiking, golfing and more. The small weekly market on Saturday mornings is worth checking out.
