Villa Es Comella is a mere 2km from Arta while not too far off from some of the most beautiful beaches such as Cala Torta,Cala Argualla and Cala Ratjada, that the island could offer.
The 3 luxuriously furnished bedrooms which are also fully-air-conditioned, ensuring your comfort especially during the hotter summer months, sleeps up to 6 persons comfortably.
The spacious master suite, located on the upper floor, is perfect for those yearning some privacy and quiet moments. The room is carefully designed to embrace modernity and rustic charm with the use of plenty of wooden elements and local stones, in its comfortable double bed, built-in wardrobe, desk and chair, side table and an attached bathroom with bathtub and top of the range toiletries and vanities. Wake up to verdant views of the surrounding through the floor to ceiling door which opens up to your very own private terrace area where you can enjoy the morning breeze and unspoilt nature.
On the ground, you’ll find two remaining bedrooms that have cozy twin beds. Both rooms share an attached shower room and a separate toilet.
Built to impress even the fussiest of individuals, you will be mesmerized by the uniqueness of this villa. Be awe by the extensive woods surrounding the area and impressive private gardens as well as its very own 3000 sqm sunbathing area with lawn and scrubs and a generous sized private pool with a convenient pool side shower. Its extensive terraces with dining table, barbecue and ultra comfortable rottan sofa, is ideal for those who enjoy al-fresco dining in a tranquill,private and secluded setting amidst unspoiled nature!
The entrance through the main door leads to a charming open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. It features high large floor to ceiling windows that open up straight to the outdoor area encouraging inflow of bright natural light. The living area is equipped with super comfortable sofas, satellite tv and wifi, making it a great place to bond with your loved ones. The huge dining area comes with a 6-seater beautifully crafted wooden table for meals. The purpose built kitchen is fully-equipped with top of the range stove with 4 cooking rings, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine amongst other appliances available.
Our friendly housekeepers ensure the cleanliness of the villa every few days and changes the bed linens once a week. Parents with toddler and babies would be pleased that baby cot/crib and high chairs are also provided. Other services such as arrangement for dining, tours, laundry, ironing and more, can be arranged by our professional team of staff who is always ready to assist you. Of course, these are separately charged.
While you may be comfortable just spending time within the confines of the Villa, your vacation won’t be complete without experiencing the local Mallorquin culture and way of life. Arta is a nice village to wander with a mix of tree lined avenues and small winding alleys. Arta town is also a great place to shop for traditional artisanal Mallorcan crafts. If you happen to visit on Tuesdays, do drop by the local market. There are some good selections of restaurants in Arta town like the Restaurante Finca En Serral which offers the traditional cozy vibes. The beautiful Cala Ratjada beach is a mere 15 minutes drive.
