With three spacious, comfortable bedrooms, accommodating 6 guests, the villa is the perfect location for absolute rest and relaxation, conveniently close to the town of Arta for supplies or a day out. The villa overlooks the countryside and private gardens offering stunning views.
Villa Es Mirador boasts three bedrooms, each is comfortable and relaxing with a retreat-like feel. Each bedroom has comfortable beds and crisp white lines linens with soothing décor. The finishes in this lovely villa are great, with natural stone flooring and timber beamed ceilings mixed with clean modern styling creating a relaxing vibe. Each bedroom has air-conditioning and heating on a timer for guests comfort. The timer is set from 14.00 to 16.00 then 20,00 to 8.00 daily.
The ground floor has two twin bedded rooms sharing a bathroom. The rooms are well equipped with ample storage, and boast large windows with views to the lovely gardens.
The master bedroom suite is on the upper floor, a definite retreat with large comfortable bed, pristine linens and duvet and access to the private terrace, the perfect spot for a morning coffee or just a relax in privacy with nothing but the sounds of the countryside to disturb. The two downstairs bedrooms share a lovely, modern bathroom, with a walk in shower and a separate toilet. The master suite boasts an ensuite bathroom complete with bathtub, perfect for a heavenly bubble bath perhaps. Fluffy, white towels and hairdryers are provided for guests comfort.
This spacious 21.993m2 property has delightful views and beautiful very well established gardens to enjoy. The spectacular swimming pool with its forest-like surrounding trees and ample sunbeds is just made for relaxing, enjoying the lush greens and expansive blue skies. The lovely covered terraces with comfortable lounge and al fresco dining area and BBQ are a restful spot to escape the hot sun, or guests can enjoy the ever changing views from the upstairs balcony. This wonderful property is the place to enjoy family and friends in beautiful surroundings.
The open plan living areas are light, bright and airy with large windows and doors opening to the terrace, a spacious lounge area with comfortable sofas, satellite TV, wifi and dvd player. Up a few steps is the dining area, again lovely and bright and welcoming, a wonderful spot to enjoy a great meal. French doors open out to the al fresco dining area, and are adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen with everything one could possibly need to create a delicious meal. The modern kitchen comes fully equipped with fridge/freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher and washing machine as well as many appliances such as toaster and coffee machine. The ground floor also is home to two bedrooms, a family bathroom and guest toilet. Up the tiled featured staircase is the master bedroom, a gorgeous retreat with an ensuite bathroom.
Villa Es Mirador is waiting to welcome guests from 17.00 to 3.00 with a departure time of 10.am.The final villa clean is included in the room rate as is maid service mid stay, and linens changed every seven days. The villa ensures it is fully disinfected between guests for everyone’s comfort. Villa Es Mirador supplies a baby high chair for guests convenience, and wifi is also supplied. There are extra services available such as laundry services, and extra electricity for full air conditioning is also available. Please request on reservation.
The villa is just 3.5kms from the nearest shops and 5 kms into the town of Arta. Guests are ensured a true rural escape but with easy access to a nearby village for supplies, or the town of Arta, a lovely town nestled in a valley and surrounded by the mountains of the Lievant Natural Park. The town is steeped in history, with prehistoric remains found around the town, and evidence of both Roman and Moorish occupation.
Just outside the town is the bronze age settlement of Ses Paisses, one of the best preserved prehistoric sites in the Balearic Islands, with its origins estimated to date back to 900 BC. The town has wonderful historic sites to explore and a small museum which exhibits archeological finds from the area. Shopping in the town is lots of fun, with many artisan shops selling ceramics and the region's traditional baskets made from palm leaves. A colourful market is held on Tuesday mornings on Placa Conqueridor, the perfect spot to shop for gorgeous local textiles, baskets, pottery and the wonderful local fresh produce.
Guests will enjoy sampling the many good restaurants in the town, from local fincas offering delicious local cuisine to the Gaudi restaurant, a gourmet experience within a luxurious palace converted to a hotel. The area around Arta has beautiful beaches, including Cala Torta, Cala Mitjana, Cala Gat and Cala Moll amongst many, all lovely with crystal waters and pristine sands.
