Sunset Rock Villa

The five bedrooms are spread out throughout the property with a lot of space between them, which will give you privacy even when traveling in a group. They all have large double beds with plush linen and extra pillows. They are all spacious, airy, and air-conditioned. There are wardrobes, bedside reading lamps, televisions, and work desks. Each bedroom has its own wooden balcony with a recliner and a seating area. You will love the panoramic forest and beach views from these balconies.

The third bedroom is in its own cottage. The five bedrooms are all ensuite but each bathroom offers something different. The first is enclosed within rocky walls. The second is open-air and is surrounded by the forest. The third and fourth bathrooms are also partly open.

A key highlight of Sunset Rock Villa is its huge 3000 square meter garden. It’s a huge space where you will find many mango, jackfruit, rambutan, coconut, and banana trees. Garden pathways and stairs meander through the greenery to the various areas of the estate. You will find many sunny and shaded corners where you can sit down for a while and be together with nature. And of course, you will get gorgeous views thanks to the villa’s cliff-top position. You can easily look further into the sea and see the islands of Koh Matsum and Koh Taen.

There are as many as three private swimming pools, all surrounded by lush greenery. The first is an infinity pool that is perched on the edge of the cliff. The second is a smaller wading pool, perfect for families. The third pool is surrounded by a huge lawn. All three offer sea views.

The interior measures 400 square meters. It is open-plan and spacious, allowing plenty of air and sea breeze to flow through the rooms. The rooms are air-conditioned as well, so you have the option to keep the doors and windows open or closed. The living room opens on two sides through huge ceiling-to-floor doors. There are balconies on both sides, offering views of the hills, beach, sea, and forest. There are plenty of couches everywhere.

The dining table is placed at the backside of the living/dining lounging space. But you will still be able to get the views from here. The large table seats everyone.

You will find everything to be perfect in this luxury property. From the moment you step into the estate, it promises a fantastic experience. A dedicated staff member will be available to make your stay comfortable. For guests traveling with infants, a high chair and a cot are available. Sports equipment is also provided, along with three parking spaces. To reduce its environmental impact, Sunset Rock Villa has installed a 50m³ water container that collects and recycles rainwater. The villa also follows a waste management policy.
