Kya Beach House

Kya Beach House is home to three bedrooms that are situated at different locations around the property. Firstly, the master suite is located right by the ocean with a private terrace in a separate pavilion, another bedroom is upstairs with unmatched views of the ocean and another that is designed with garden access. The bedrooms are decorated with tasteful, tropical interiors featuring bright colours, whitewashed walls, tie-dye prints and plushies on the floor depicting autumnal, earthy tones.

The bedrooms are air-conditioned so you are comfortable throughout the day. Spacious and generously-designed, you may choose to relax here all day with the doors open to the ocean. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with natural stone basins, indoor/outdoor showers and more.

Whether you want to sit back and relax while watching the ocean or the outlying islands, or indulge in a quick lap of the saltwater infinity pool, the outdoor area is resplendent with natural vistas. The shaded sala by the ocean stands right on the sandy beach and you can easily rest in this outdoor living area while sipping on a cocktail. As the palm trees sway in the wind, all you need to do is get into holiday mode and leave all your worries behind.

The open-concept living area is divided from the outdoors through glass doors that open outwards. The living area is flooded with sunlight and fresh air, but it is also air-conditioned so you can blast the air-con while the afternoon heat simmers outside. The interiors are pristine white with turquoise accents to bring out the shades of the sea. Jute and wicket take centre-stage for a rustic vibe while indoor plants add a further pop of colour. The rattan furniture is comfortable and you even have modern comforts in the form of a flat-screen, wall-mounted TV for your entertainment.

The dining area at Kya Beach House is outdoors under a green gazebo with abundant tropical flora that lights that twinkle once the sun sets. It is an intimate and memorable setup that is ideal for a family meal. The modern kitchen is indoors with a breakfast bar with high stools for a more casual setting. You have everything you need in the same place so you can even prepare all your meals with ease.

Kya Beach House has two staff members who are present to take care of the day to day chores at the villa. Housekeeping, 24-hour security, maintenance of the pool and garden and more is looked after diligently. If you require assistance with booking transportation, muay thai classes, massages, yoga and meals, the manager is there to help you throughout.
