Taking inspiration from Meditteranean-styled home designs, Casa Delle Pigne that is located in the bustling town of Polignano a Mare near the city of Bari, southern Italy, makes its stunning mark here against the cliff edge that hugs the waves of the Adriatic Sea. A paradise home for beachgoers and adventure seekers alike, the surroundings are made up of raw natural beauty with the panoramic sea lines merging against the bright blue skies and blurring the horizon. While built with 2 rooms, there is a third room that can be created out from the lounge space if needed, and can sleep up to 6 guests in total. Outdoors, white textured walls overlook the azure waters of the private pool as a row of deck chairs fill the terrace, while just behind the home is an oasis garden of relaxation surrounded by trees and shrubs.
Designed with 2 bedrooms, the villa’s master bedroom is configured with a double bed while the alcove bedroom has also a double-bed configuration located in the alcove. To accommodate up to 6 persons in total, guests could easily convert the living room space into another bedroom thanks to the availability of a pull-out sofa bed. The rooms are cosy to blend in seamlessly with the overall rustic feel of the home, characterized by textured walls in light tone finishing of antique whites to bring out the calm and atmospheric vibe.
The outdoors of Casa Delle Pigne feature a private horizontal pool that faces the magnificent sea views, while a line of deck chairs enable guests to nap or lie down comfortably while taking in the sea breeze. There is also an outdoor dining area with furniture, a garden with a separate relaxation area as well as a comfy sitting corner with coffee table for dining under the skies or simply savoring the vistas.
The quaint, rustic and classical style of the villa is accentuated by exposed stone walls across different sections with tiled flooring. The spaces are mostly cosy and intimate, from the living room that can double as an extra bedroom, to the fully-equipped kitchen and dining area for 6 guests and painted in homely colors that mostly reflect the location and seascape surroundings.
