This lovely home is suitable for medium to large groups of people as it sleeps up to 9 guests and a child in its 4 beautifully designed ensuite bedrooms and 1 extra bathroom. A cot can also be fitted into one of the rooms. Bedroom 1 with a high ceiling, and a comfortable double bed with the possibility of an extra-crib while bedroom 2 has a Trullo-vaulted roof, plush double bed, and custom stone bathtub in its bathroom. Both the third and fourth bedrooms have large double beds. All bedrooms are air-conditioned for added comfort while the ensuite bathrooms have high-quality fixtures, relaxing showers, premium toiletries and vanities. All the bedrooms haveprivate access, safety night light, mini-fridge and towel heating while bedrooms 2 and 4 has a safe.

Its expansive outdoor spaces are simply awesome. Here you’ll find a beautifully maintained Mediterranean garden with a corner for yoga (ideal environment for relaxation) and a well-pruned vegetable garden. Enjoy delicious alfresco dining at the elegant covered terrace that also shares the garden space, which has a large dining table for 20 guests and wood pizza oven (ideal for hosting intimate parties) , taking in the serene views of the surrounding. There is also an outdoor lounge with a comfortable seating area (with plush sofas) for 15 people.
After a long day out, nothing beats a nice dip in the cool waters of the salt-water swimming pool, with an outdoor hot shower, 8 luxurious sunbeds and two comfy sofas for relaxation. Children can play at the pool’s shallow end which is easily accessible. The pool is operational the entire year and is mildly heated (maximum of 24 in the winter). Nearby is also a covered BBQ corner (great for pool parties). In the evenings head up to the rooftop with an external bar (with cocktail equipment and ice machine) to enjoy a cocktail or two while appreciating the amazing view from the outdoor seating area’s super comfortable sofa.

A mix of Trullo-vault, wooden-beamed and stone ceilings gives a welcoming and traditional feel to the interiors. With added elements of classic Italian architecture, like a single-level structure, Trulli roofs, modern furniture of design together with recent art items, 16th century terracotta floors, contemporary fixture windows and a hits kitchen in steel, this countryside retreat with a modern concept design is full of light and welcoming vibes, blending traditional and contemporary Apulian architecture. There is a large living room with comfy sofas which makes a great spot for relaxation. The media room is great for entertainmentand also as an additional guest room as it can be converted into a single room, with a private bathroom when necessary. It is equipped with smart home devices such as a 50’ TV screen with Netflix and a Playstation 4. Dine in comfort in the cosy dining room which can seat 12 persons. Meals can be prepared in the modern kitchen which is fully equipped with among others, Miele appliances, two electric ovens,steam oven, microwave, 6 burner induction stove, refrigerator, ice maker and Nespresso coffee machine.
