This stunning three bedroom villa located at a beautiful location in right along the shores of the famous Bo Phut Beach and can accommodate a maximum of six persons. Featuring world class amenities and sporting a contemporary design this Villa truly lives up to its name by exuding a comfy, homely and positive vibe. The best part is that a lot of tourist attractions are very near the villa.. A feature to be specially noted is that Baan Maliwan is highly kid friendly with baby beds, high chairs and even a babysitter could be arranged on special request. A mere seven minutes away from the beach, the villa is the perfect fit for small families or small groups. The bathrooms of the villa have large sunken bathtubs that look across the view of the ocean.
While the shoreline in front of the Dhevatara Residence estate is rocky, a short 200m stroll along the coast brings you to a swimmable stretch of the beach.
The master suite sports a crisp white queen sized bed with white draping. The white floors and walls give the room a very serene cottage vibe. Beautiful paintings and other sculptures decorate the walls. The room is fully air conditioned and sports a high wooden ceiling. A spacious and well fitted wardrobe and cabinets occupy a corner of the room. The full glass doors open out to the swimming pool and the garden. The private en suite bathroom that adjoins the room is semi outdoor.. The bathroom is complete with sinks and a large shower. The room also contains an additional day bed perfect for housing an additional guest. Two of the other bedrooms are located facing the lovely infinity swimming pool. All the bedrooms are fully air conditioned and are furnished with queen sized beds, mosquito netting, wardrobes, cabinets, reading chairs and tables and lovely décor.
The stunning tropical villa set on the beach is surrounded by tropical trees, flowers and views of the ocean and beach. Lush green trees will catch your view in every direction. The villa has a beautiful infinity edge pool where you can swim to your heart’s content. You could laze here for hours enjoying long conversations and coffee while watching the kids play or splash around in the pool. Traditional Thai stone decor occupy spots of the outdoor area. You could also choose to relax on one of the double sun seaters at the deck of the pool under the shade of umbrellas. However, the best feature is the beach right outside the villa where you can have a blast swimming, exploring, relaxing and playing. The outdoor verandas of the villa are perfectly stunning.
The grand sophisticated living area features an open air concept and is furnished with two large comfy couches facing each other with a sweet coffee table in between. The living area looks out to the pool and garden. Lovely furnishing, artful décor, all add to the coziness of this stunning living area. The gorgeous dining area is perfect for a family feast and sports a sophisticated, contemporary design. You can enjoy lovely meals here with your family while drinking in the beautiful view of the lush green scenery with its trees and flowers. By the side is a high single piece bar table with stools around it. Elegant lamps hang over the dining tables. The beautiful, contemporary state of the art kitchen features a white and brown theme. It is complete with a large refrigerator, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and cutlery. The kitchen is set in garden and is semi outdoor and is set in a separate private bale.
Apart from regular housekeeping and security the villa staff will also help you arrange babysitting facilities on special request. You may also avail the services of a driver or private chef on special request. The villa staff are highly trained and professional. Extra beds, daily breakfasts and tour guidance will be made available on special request.
The Villa is located at the perfect spot which is on the famous BoPhut beach .
The famous Fisherman Village is just a short walk away and is just the place for some upscale shopping and dining experience. If you’re a fitness person you could join the Yogarden Samui for a yoga training session. If you're in the mood to relax, you could book a spa slot at the Zazen Boutique Resort and Spa. Restaurants and clubs like the Elephant Beach Club, Barracuda and The Crow’s Nest are very nearby.
