On top of that, the villa boasts breathtaking sunset views, leaving you with nothing left to wish for whatsoever. You can prepare for lovely sunset cocktails and dinner, from home or on nearby Balinghai Beach, just a 15-minute stroll away from the villa. Villa Balustre is a modern 4-bedroom holiday retreat with an air-conditioned living room and a private garden with a pool. Villa Balustre houses 4 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, giving everyone the privacy they need. The master suite features a comfy king-size double bed, TV, AC and a dressing room with a safe. Not to forget the ocean views that come along with this hilltop bedroom! There is a Bluetooth speaker and you get to enjoy Wifi in the room. The en-suite bathroom comes with a hot shower and full bathroom guest amenities including a hairdryer. There are 3 guest bedrooms with queen-size double beds (and AC, TV & Bluetooth speaker)
The outdoor area boasts magnificent ocean views and there is a sparkling T-shaped swimming pool to take a plunge. There is an alfresco sitting area, perfect for breakfast, there are 2 sunbeds to work on that tan and there is an outdoor shower area. From the villa, you can follow a pathway straight to the beach. There is BBQ equipment available for an open-air feast in the private compound of your holiday home.
The air-conditioned living room is stylish and minimalist furnished well-appointed to meet modern ways of living. The living room is ruled by a serene and clean grey interior design with some bright colored artwork. There is a comfy rattan sofa lounge set facing a satellite TV and there is a timber dining table for 6. A fully-equipped open kitchen sits in the corner separated from the main living space by a breakfast bar. Villa Balustre also features an entertainment room with a billiard table.
Boracay One Hagdan Villas is fully-staffed and the complex is guarded 24/7. You get to enjoy daily housekeeping services and there is a chef available upon request at additional charges. The reception is open 24/7 and there is a complimentary shuttle bus taking guests to the beach whenever. Daily breakfast is included in the rate and there are free-flow coffee and tea.
The nearest beach in Balinghai Beach - an unspoiled pristine cove where you can swim in crystal clear waters and lounge on a paradise-like sandy shore. Wonderful! There are lots of beach clubs and restaurants by the beach and the sunsets are jaw-droppingly beautiful.
