Casa Degli Amici is home to three lovely bedrooms. One on the ground floor and the other two on the next level. Each room is comfortable, beautifully appointed, and complete with rustic charm. The wonderful stone-lined curving ceilings, stone floors, and archways are pure history, and these rooms are a delight to experience.
Simply appointed in calming hues, the architecture of this wonderful property shines through. The bedding and linens are of excellent quality and each room has a bathroom, one with a bathtub and the other two with walk-in showers. Plenty of storage is provided, and the bathrooms and bedrooms are complete. The perfect night's rest is ensured in these lovely rooms, with echoes of the past surrounding guests in a true once in a lifetime experience.
The casa has plenty of outdoor space including a spectacular viewing spot with views across the countryside to the sea.
The outdoor area is complete with a BBQ which is perfect for delicious alfresco meals and there is ample seating outside to enjoy the sea air or soak up the rays.
An outdoor shower is provided for guests' convenience.
The Casa is a delight, with cathedral-like soaring ceilings finished in warm blonde stoned, whitewashed walls and lovely stone flooring, and awash with light and space.
The living room is comfortably furnished with large sofas and chaise lounge, a flat screen TV, and both heating and air conditioning for guests' comfort.
A well equipped and modern kitchen features a breakfast bar, complete with deep freezer, refrigerator, oven and hob, dishwasher, and basically everything needed to prepare lovely meals featuring the freshest of local produce. The lovely dining space is conveniently adjacent to the kitchen with a large table and seating for six. Double doors open to the outdoor area, also furnished with a dining table and chairs for meals under the stars and enjoying the fabulous views.
A double bedroom and bathroom is located on the ground floor of this lovely property, with the further two on the first level.
The lovely property will be completely clean and beds newly made on check in. Heating and electricity is included in the rate and all linens are provided. Pets are welcome to join guests on their vacation.
The lovely Casa Degli Amici is perfectly positioned for guests to enjoy all on offer in this pretty little town. A short 60meters away are restaurants and cafes, and the center of town is less than a kilometer, all perfectly walkable through the fascinating little town.
The coastline is glorious and the beaches are plenty. The gorgeous Splaggia Plaia is a perfect choice. Crystal clear waters and lovely sandy beach provide the perfect setting for fun filled beach days with friends and family. The surrounding countryside is filled with fascinating little villages and beautiful vistas, guests will love exploring this lovely region.
