Boasting an idyllic countryside location of Ostuni in Itria Valley that affords some quiet and tranquility surrounded by olive trees and Mediterranean shrubs, is a villa named Trullo Venti. Designed with typical Apulian architecture, it consists of 1 bedroom that can sleep 3 pax. The trullo faces an enticing pool at its front amidst the raw and rustic grounds such as stone-built walls and structures, while interior wise, stone-paved flooring complements the rustic and exposed walls that evoke a quaint and earthy quality, while enhanced by modern amenities that make living here somewhat ancient, exquisite and unique at the same time.
There is just 1 double bedroom in Trullo Venti that sleeps 2 pax, followed by an additional 120cm armchair sofa bed that will comfortably sleep another guest. What’s interesting is the closet in an alcove, and the mesmerizing bathroom featuring a typical skylight in the shower that is accessible from the bedroom. With its exposed stone textures on the wall, the room feels like a throwback to a medieval space with remnants of ancient times.
Outside, the alluring swimming pool is surrounded by green lawn on both sides with charismatic-looking trees, lined by sunbeds on one side. A sheltered gazebo-like spot provides guests shade to sit under for their outdoor meals and chats, together with a brick barbeque pit and outdoor kitchen for guests to have some outdoor cooking fun, while a stone-built low wall also runs the perimeter of the garden.
Step into the trullo and guests will be greeted by the living hall within unique interiors made of stone slabs and exposed bricks that harken to the olden historical times. Tasteful and modern sofas and furniture fill the space as with a flat-screen television for entertainment. Behind an archway is the kitchen area that is enhanced by eclectic items and pieces such as the fridge and wooden cabinets with all the full amenities that guests could hope for.
The villa is air-conditioned and has floor heating system, while safety measures are taken seriously for guests’ security with an alarm system and video surveillance installed. Guests also have complimentary Internet for use and they can also request for high chairs or baby cots for free without additional charges should there be a young toddler in tow. Final cleaning service is provided as with change of bed linens and towels.
Trullo Venti is located in the countryside of Ostuni in Contrada Lamatroccola, which is just mere kilometers away from the beautiful old town centers of Martina Franca, Ostuni, Cisternino and Ceglie Messapica. It is also close to beaches of Ostuni Marina should guests wish to seek out the beach for some sand and sea.
