The house is set around an open courtyard and a vast lawn in the countryside of Puglia. Glass windows and doors blur the lines between inside and out with cooling breezes floating through. Design details include the finest Italian marble work, high-quality flooring, and contemporary furnishings, all of which have been handpicked by the villa owner. Stone, wood, and aesthetics fuse to the villa a special place for a special holiday with family.
Villa Alceste is a new property and in perfect condition. Everything you will find in this estate is planned for the comfort and convenience of the guests. It is very close to the scenic town of San Vito dei Normanni, which is sometimes lovingly called San Vito. Visit the town, see its attractions, play golf, spend time at the beach… and come back to your holiday home to relax and recharge. However, the ambiance and setting of this luxury property are so serene, that you may not want to leave at all. Many guests spend their entire vacation relaxing and sunbathing here.
It is a huge property spread over 7,000 square meters with two bedrooms, which means the four guests will enjoy more space per person. Compare this with large hotels that feel so cramped. The rooms are so close to each other that you can listen to your neighbor speaking or fighting. The two bedrooms of Villa Alceste both have double beds. A family of four, two couples, or a group of friends can stay here. A minimalist décor, whitewashed walls, and high-quality linen will help you fall asleep quickly. One bedroom has a television. Both have wardrobes. They are both air-conditioned. There is one bathroom with a sink, large mirror, bidet, and shower cubicle.
Surrounded by typical Mediterranean vegetation, the villa enjoys a private and tranquil environment. Much of the 7,000 square meters property is made up of the lawn – the house only measures 85 square meters. It is a huge green space that gradually climbs uphill. In between, you will find a few fruit trees. Young children will love to run here and the adults can relax because the property is secured by a wall and an electric gate. Pathways lead from the house to the central pool. It is a private swimming pool with a shallow end. Loungers with pergolas surround the pool. A few steps away, there is an outdoor shower. There is an outdoor dining area on the terrace for your alfresco meals.
The villa has a particularly large living room. You will love this room for sure because two of its walls are made entirely of glass. The floor-to-ceiling glass feature provides a feeling of openness and offers unobstructed views of the surroundings. You can stay indoors if it is raining outside and still get these awesome views. There are comfortable sofas in the living area and a large-screen television. The formal dining space at the other end seats all the guests. The kitchen has a breakfast bar. All of you can gather here and cook together. It has an electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, and washing machine.
The cost of electricity and final cleaning are both included with your stay in this luxury property. You can request extra cleaning and optional anti-covid-19 sanitation for a cost. Towels and bed linen are provided. The kitchen has many appliances, pots, and pans. There is a barbecue too outside in the garden and a fabulous private swimming pool. You will have exclusive access to everything you find at Villa Alceste.
The villa is located just outside the San Vito dei Normanni town in Puglia. The city center is only 2 kilometers away. It goes back to 1800 BC and has a very interesting history. See the Castello Dentice or Castello di San Vito and its distinct square tower. Also see the Olive Oil Museum, the Villa Comunale park, and the Church of San Giovanni. You will find plenty of places for food and drinks.
