The charming Villa Angela 8 is a beautiful mansion that was restored in 2011 and situated in Apulia, Italy. Composed of 11 corns, this classic home, with modern decoration has a large living room, 4 beautifully designed bedrooms, fully furnished outdoor and indoor kitchens, outdoor swimming pool, built-in BBQ area, outdoor lounge and more. The single-level home, surrounded by lush greenery, poetic landscape from almost all angles with two stone courtyards on both sides of the trullo.
Despite its countryside setting, the villa is conveniently located near the charming town of Fasano and just minutes away from the captivating San Michele Salentino.
It consists of 4 luxuriously comfortable bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which can easily sleep up to 8 guests. All rooms are air-conditioned for additional comfort. 2 of the bedrooms come super plush queen beds and silky linens with private access to the terrace, another bedroom has a comfy double bed while the last bedroom has two single beds (great for kids). The rooms are beautifully furnished and very well designed with imaginative decorative touches with large windows and are bright and airy exuding a comfortable and warm ambiance with its plain colours that blends in perfectly with the light coloured sheets, while the spacious bathrooms have beautiful tiles and modern amenities for a nice refreshing shower.
Its 13,000 square meters of outdoor space is fantastic, allowing you to enjoy the surrounding greens with more than 800 trees such as secular olive, almonds, fig trees, plum and walnut and poetic landscapes from all angles of the grounds. Take a dip in the spectacular swimming pool that is decorated entirely in cobalt blue mosaics with a solarium, multiple chairs and spaces for relaxation on the side. There is also an outdoor kitchen with oven, cooker, dishwasher, ice maker, beverage cooler, bar tables and chairs and built-in oven for those alfresco dining moments (great to host outdoor parties in the summer!). For those looking to sweat a little can try their hands at table tennis as there is a table tennis table provided. The 18 meters wrought iron pergola decorated with scented jasmine makes a great photography spot as well as take in the fresh air and indulge in the poetic landscapes.
Embodying contemporary style with lots of colour palettes, wood and sand at play, the interior spaces are both functional and practical. The cosy living space, with minimalist touches, makes a great spot for relaxation, with its super plush sofas where one get can rest and rejuvenate while enjoying a movie or two on the large flat-screen SAT tv while the roaring fireplace keep you warm and comfortable (great for colder months!). Further on, is the lovely dining area with table & chairs where intimate dining can be enjoyed and a fully equipped kitchen, complete with wine glasses, blender, microwave, refrigerator, ice maker, coffee maker, dishwasher and other kitchen utensils, allowing fuss-free meals preparations.
The friendly staff will always be on hand to assist you throughout your stay. For those driving here, there are complimentary parking spaces available. The concierge can also help with arrangements for tours, dining, shopping etc with additional costs.
There are many things to do beyond this wonderful property, given that it is in the heart of Solento region, and in close proximity to the lovely Ostuni and Alberobello. Brindisi airport is a short twenty minutes away while the beautiful white sand beaches of Adriatic Coast are minutes away. Within distance of the home are several restaurants and trattorias such as Local Macelleria Lulario, that is located inside a butchery where you can choose raw meats which is cooked on the spot and I’Essenza Ristorante a fish restaurant. For pantry supplies, within distance of the home is a local grocery store called Supermercato DOK in San Michele Salentino. There is a local market 2km away which can be visited every Saturday for local produce and souvenirs. The nearest supermarket is 7km away.
