Villa Cecere is located near the lovely town of Savelletri in Italy. It is surrounded by olive groves and less than 300 metres from the sea. This home has gone through an extensive refurbishment in 2019, whereby its original structure was retained.
Hidden away yet in proximity to the town centre, this lovely home features 3 stylish bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen, spacious living room, heated pool with bar, solarium, outdoor gym, alfresco dining areas and also a 50,000 sqm of private gardens.
Contemporary design mixed with many odd aristocratic elements, resulting in an intimate yet luxurious retreat full of light and a welcoming vibe. The two-level home affords views of the surrounding areas from all angles.
This property has 3 elegantly designed ensuite bedrooms with relaxing white walls, contemporary fabrics and bespoke furnishing by local Italian artisans, ideal for 6 persons.
All rooms have air-conditioned, plush double beds king beds and smart TV with Netflix. Bedrooms 1 & 2 are on the ground floor. Bedroom1 has an independent entrance and private access to the outdoor terrace while bedroom 2, an independent entrance. As for bedroom 3, which is on the first floor, occupants can enjoy a private terrace with seaview.
All 3 ensuite bathrooms offers high quality fixtures, bathtub, premium toiletries and vanities.
The lush outdoor space sits on 50,000 sqm of land. There are just so many activities that can be enjoyed in its outdoor space. Take a relaxing stroll in the aromatic garden. Since the pool is heated, you won’t to miss out on your swimming routine when visiting during the colder months. The solarium next to the pool with comfy sunloungers and parasols, allows you to relax and enjoy some music from the music wifi system. There is an external bar with ice machine nearby should you need to pick up a cocktail or two. For gym enthusiasts, the outdoor gym with punching bag, T-rex cable, a traction bar and medicine balls set will surely elevate your workout experience (with fresh air and views to boot). You can also enjoy a lazy brunch at the alfresco dining area, which also has a wood pizza oven, taking in the sounds and sights.
Its interiors include a large living room, a cosy dining space with garden views and a well-equipped kitchen.
The generous living area makes a great relaxation spot with its palatial sofas and state-of-the-art entertainment system. Watch your favorite Netflix series on the 40-inch smart TV or listen to your favorite songs from the indoor music system while you relax on the super cosy sofas.
The kitchen was entirely renovated in 2019, resulting in a contemporary professional kitchen that is well-equipped with an electric oven, microwave oven, fridge with freezer, professional cooking tools including pots and pans, Nespresso machine, 4 induction burners, ice machine, dishwasher and also a wine cellar.
The friendly team or rather the owners are more than happy to assist you throughout your stay. For those driving here, parking space is available while for those cycling, there are 6 bicycles parking provided. Should you need recommendations for things to see and do or services such as babysitter, private chefs etc, do reach out to them. However, these additional services may incur a cost.
Surrounded by restaurants and attractions, Villa Cecere is the ideal getaway. Just 300 meters from the seashore, it offers a stunning coastal experience. Food enthusiasts can enjoy local cuisine at Osteria del Porto and Angelo Sabatelli. Wine lovers can visit Tenute Al Bano for tastings. The nearest bar, La Pettolecchia Lido, is a private beach spot. Nearby Sunday markets offer fresh produce and souvenirs. Spazio Conrad, the closest supermarket, is 7km away. A short drive takes you to a private beach club for guests, with personal training, yoga, and on-site dining. Families can visit Zoo Safari and Fasanolandia. If time permits, explore the vibrant city of Monopoli and the charming Ostuni, both nearby.
