This chic property offers 5 luxuriously designed ensuite bedrooms decorated with relaxing white walls, contemporary fabrics and several bespoke furnishing by local Italian artisans, with air-conditioning throughout. Bedrooms 1 & 2 comes with a plush king bed and direct access to the pool and garden while bedroom 3, a comfortable queen bed and pool and garden access. Bedroom 4 features a large queen bed and private terrace with seaview. Bedroom 5 has a queen bed and access to a private terrace with seaview as well as extra space for a sofa bed.
As for the bathrooms, they have all been fitted with modern accessories, premium toiletries, relaxing showers and vanities.

On its extensive grounds is alarge L shaped heated swimming pool complete external shower, and a solarium with sunbeds and parasols for the use of all the guests. For those who enjoy alfresco dining, there are several lounging areas, a wood BBQ, and an external bar. Relax on the charming rooftop terrace and enjoy the panoramic vistas. There is also an outdoor fitness area fitted with adjustable bench, home gym machine, bike, treadmill, weights, mats and elliptical machines for those who would like to work out while on vacation. There is also a vegetable garden available.

The interior of this home has been designed for comfort as well as modern convenience yet maintaining its original charm, particularly apparent in the quality wooden boards and marble, white washed walls, and perfectly preserved traditional Apulian “botte” ceilings that lend a characteristic feel, with the original stone staircase and floors, creating a stunning juxtaposition with the designer furnishings. There is an inviting living room that is spacious with large cozy sofas where everyone can sit and have a good time of fellowship, big comfy armchairs, a TV, fireplace, plenty of intricate art pieces and other decorations. This leads further on to the dining area that looks out onto the garden which has a large dining table with comfortable seating for ten guests, and a lovely well-equipped kitchen with a large electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, wine cellar fridge, induction burners, ice machine and Nespresso machine, where guests can easily prepare their snacks and full meals.

The villa’s friendly team of staff will be on hand to ensure you are well-taken care of during your stay. The staff can help with arrangements for additional services such as bicycle rental (there is 11 bicycles available), transfers, childcare and many more. There is ample parking spots outside of the property (for 20 cars). A 5 seater Lexus hybrid car is available for the guests to travel around the area. These additional services, may incur additional costs.
