With spacious living quarters and plenty of room to accommodate up to six guests, this well-appointed villa boasts a modern kitchen and glass-enclosed living room from where you can soak up the sights. While the villa is found in a tranquil neighborhood, you will still be close to an assortment of pubs, restaurants, and retail options.
Guillem Apartment provides a total of three bedrooms, all of which are perfectly appointed to lull you into a restful slumber at the end of every day. It should be noted that all the bedrooms have been fitted with air-conditioning units in order to guarantee your complete comfort during those warmer summer months. Two of the bedrooms have two single beds each, perfect for families traveling with children. In fact, the single beds can very easily be pushed together to form a double if the need for it ever arises. In addition to the three bedrooms, Guillem Apartment boasts two spacious and well-stocked bathrooms that makes getting ready a breeze in the morning.
A Mediterranean style paradise beckons outside, complete with lush greenery, fragrant flowers, and meticulously-trimmed hedges that only serve to enhance the overall sense of well-being and relaxation. After a full day of adventures, kick back and relax with a drink on the spacious balcony that provides mesmerizing views of the surroundings. Best of all, the terrace even comes with solid wood furnishings, enabling you to dine Al Fresco style while soaking up the views and the sun.
The interior of Guillem Apartment boasts a generously sized living room where the whole family can gather and relax after touring the nearby attractions. Step through the sliding glass doors that will take you directly onto the terrace from where you can soak up delightful mountain and ocean vistas.
If you want to enjoy a quiet meal at home, you can always make full use of the modern, open-plan kitchen that comes with just about everything you need, including a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, and more. Rest assured that crockery sets and utensils are also included.
Free WiFi and satellite television are available in the villa, perfect for keeping the whole family entertained. Limited housekeeping facilities are also available so you can relax while focusing fully on your holiday in Spain.
Since the calm lagoon lies a mere 150 meters away from the villa, you will be able to take a plunge in the crystalline waters whenever you want. Less than five minutes away on foot is found an array of interesting spots and attractions, including the Punta de Coves Blanques, Cala Molins, Cala Barques, and Cala Cala. Restaurants and cafes such as Ca’n Panxo, Stefano, and Gran Café 1919 lie just a short drive away from the villa.
