Parchment Apartment is a modern apartment that is located two steps from the Cala Molins beach. A tropical holiday destination where unpretentious living is combined with a fabulous view of the beach.The property is in a peaceful location 20M away from the sand beach,100M from the shops, and 150M from the Cala Carbo beach. This makes it ideal for clients who want to be within a walking distance to the shops, bars, and restaurants and still get to enjoy beach life.
All bedrooms are located in the main house. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a double bed with an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom of this gorgeous tropical chic is a twin bedroom, equipped with two single beds. The third bedroom has a single bed therefore, ideal for an individual person. There is also a shared bathroom with a large shower unit. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning for your comfort, and they also feature heavenly designs with clean and fresh linen and soft pillows. Hence, your night is guaranteed to be restful and comfortable.
