Located just a stone’s throw from a white sandy beach in Cala Molins, Selmy Townhouse 1 is a charming establishment that can easily accommodate up to six guests. Offering around 100 meters square of lush space, this villa comes with plenty of amenities to ensure a stress-free holiday in Cala San Vincent. With ample outdoor spaces for soaking up the sun, this house is also known for its light-flooded rooms, courtesy of the oversized windows.
At the end of a full day of sight-seeing, retreat to one of the three bedrooms, all of which have been gloriously appointed to deliver a good night’s rest. The master bedroom has a double bed as well as an attached bathroom with shower. The second room has two twin beds while the last room is fitted with twin pull out beds, ideal for the kids or any extra guests you may wish to have over.
Outside, Selmy Townhouse 1 offers a spacious balcony overlooking the gorgeous surroundings. This balcony is fully furnished so you can easily put your feet up and relax with a cup of coffee. There’s also an Al Fresco dining spot for taking in the sun over delicious meals with your loved ones. Best of all, the complex even has its own communal swimming pool where guests can relax or keep up with their fitness regimen while practicing their laps.
Classic home comforts beckon at Selmy Townhouse 1, so you can wind down in all comfort when you’re not out sight-seeing. The living room features soothing whites and grey tones, complete with flat-screen television and a plush sofa set strategically positioned in front of the balcony so you can enjoy the sun.
The living room also opens into a quaint dining spot that can seat up to six guests. The open-plan kitchen features plenty of modern appliances that you can use to put a meal together. Crockery sets, utensils, and cutlery are provided.
Plenty of services and amenities are available at Selmy Townhouse 1. For instance, air conditioning is available to ensure that you stay gloriously comfortable even if you’re visiting in the summer. Crisp, luxurious bed linens are provided and changed every week. Similarly, towels are changed every four days. Final cleaning is included in the package. Best of all, Selmy Townhouse 1 also has complimentary Wi-Fi for staying connected with your loved ones back home.
For an extra fee and upon request, you will be able to benefit from additional services including extra cleaning, out of schedule arrival, late check out, pool fence, ping pong table, pool towels, and the likes.
While Selmy Townhouse 1 lies in a secluded and peaceful neighborhood, you’ll still be close to plenty of retail, dining, and entertainment options. Playa Cala Molins beach lie just a stone’s throw from the villa. 100 meters from the villa is found plenty of shops as well as a bus stop. The enchanting town center of Pollenca also lies just six kilometers away.
