There is a total of 3 luxuriously designed bedrooms, situated on the first floor, providing an escape from the shared common areas. The master suite, adorned with an antique king-bed and opens onto a private balcony offering a scenic view of the home’s frontage and its surrounding areas. The two remaining rooms features comfortable twin beds, with one overlooking the lush garden while the other has a picturesque vista (of the hill). Every detail, from furniture selections to building materials, is thoughtfully curated, creating an atmosphere of perfection. Enhancing your comfort, it boasts two well-appointed bathrooms, one with a soothing bathtub and the other with an invigorating shower. Both bathrooms are spacious and beautifully fitted with high-quality fixtures, premium toiletries and vanities.

Its indoor area provides expansive spaces for both relaxation and stylish entertainment. A welcoming living room, an ideal social hub with a palatial sofa, television, fireplace and artistic décor awaits alongside a smaller sitting area on the first floor. The retreat boasts multiple indoor dining options, including a small table beside the living room sofa, a formal dining area with marvellous vistas beside a door and large window, and a third dining area adjacent to the well-equipped kitchen. The huge modern kitchen has all the necessary appliances to whip up delicious meals, such as a refrigerator, built-in oven, stove, toaster, microwave and coffee maker.

Embrace a tranquil outdoor lifestyle within the retreat's vast outdoor spaces. Anchored by a generous 7.8x5 metres private pool and a spacious sun terrace at its heart, the retreat is surrounded by a lush well-manicured tropical garden, with tall trees, offering natural shade – all against the captivating backdrop of the Tramuntana Mountains. Unwind on the many sun-loungers lining the pool deck and bask in the warmth of the sun. Enjoy al fresco dining at the semi-covered porch, whereby a barbecue further enhances the experience. The poolside lawn hosts a ping-pong table, while a shaded corner houses a snooker table.

Guests can access a range of services such as childcare, baby cot, baby highchair and transfers, pool towels,laundry, among others, when staying here. Additional costs may be incurred for these services, which can be arranged by the concierge team. Final cleaning is included in the current fee, while those driving can use the off-street parking.
