Villa Pi Tort provides stunning views of the adjacent hillside, while remaining close to Cala San Vicente's best places to be visited and its beaches. Cala San Vicente is a laid-back vacation spot with several excellent restaurants and two beautiful sandy coves, all within walking distance of the property. This pretty four-bedroom villa offers a private swimming pool and a wonderful al-fresco dining area. In the bedrooms, Wi-Fi and air conditioning/heating are included.
Villa Pi Tort can accommodate up to 8 people as it features 4 spacious bedrooms in total. A double bedroom with an ensuite shower, as well as two twin bedrooms sharing a separate bathroom, are located on the ground floor. Patio doors lead out to the villa grounds in each of the three bedrooms. The other twin bedroom is located on the first floor, it has an ensuite bathroom and a large window where you may enjoy the view of the surrounding mountainside from this room.
Outside, the villa includes a private swimming pool with roman steps and stunning views over the mountains. The grounds also offer plenty of sunbathing areas for everyone. To ensure your family’s holiday privacy, the grounds are surrounded by tall trees, colorful flower plants, as well as wooden fences. There's a built-in BBQ grill and a shaded dining area at the back of the villa with access to the pool and the garden. The villa also offers table tennis for your extra entertainment.
There are comfortable sofas around the flat screen TV, a classic brick fireplace, a dining table and plenty of seating areas in the combined lounge and dining room. Patio doors go from the dining area to the pool deck.
The adjacent kitchen is well-equipped and offers easy access to the dedicated BBQ grill area. A full oven, cooking range, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, and kettle are all included in the kitchen.
For the safety of all guests, staff guarantees that the villa has been properly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. There is complimentary Wi-Fi Internet access, and the entire villa is air-conditioned from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Mid-stay cleaning, as well as a change of bed linens, are provided. Guests with small children can request baby high chairs, cribs, or cots. Open-air parking is available in the villa if you bring your own car.
Being in a proximity to Cala San Vicente, when you book your stay at this villa, you will get to enjoy the beaches at its best. It is also particularly impressive due to its stunning turquoise sea and the excellent clifftop outlook from the southern approach road from which to observe it.
Cala San Vicente's beaches, which include the Cala Barques, Cala Molins, and Cala Clara, are only a short drive away from the villa. Puerto Pollensa, a popular resort with many bars, restaurants, and stores, as well as a range of watersports, is only 10 minutes drive away by car.
