Comte is a spectacular, modern four-bedroom villa with four en-suites located near Cala Conta a stunning crystal shore cove on the west coast of Ibiza. This beautiful villa is optimised for luxury and comfort and is designed with simplicity and feels very relaxed, with remarkable sea views, a large swimming pool and a cinema room. This villa was designed with ease in mind to provide you with the perfect holiday experience.
The villa has four decent size bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double-sized bed, AC, WIFI, and an en-suite with a rain shower and a bathtub. Three of the bedrooms have double-sized beds, WIFI, AC, and en-suites with rain showers. Each room is minimal in design with colourful bead linens to contrast and brighten up the room.
The villa has a long L-shaped swimming pool with plush sun loungers for relaxing. The villa feels like a perfect mixture between Ibizan and Balinese bohemia. There is a day bed set in the middle of the swimming pool on the grass and other various areas to relax. For a lovely evening with alfresco dining, the villa has a ten-person outdoor dining table with BBQ. The villa is fenced and located in a secured area.
Comte has a spacious and bright open plan living space. The living room has views out to the pool and a soft, comfortable interior with a fireplace and flat-screen TV. The living room leads onto the dining area with a sizeable ten-person table for luxurious dining. Next to the dining room is the kitchen for your convenience. The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need for your holiday, such as a breakfast bar for relaxed dining. There is also a home cinema in the basement.
The villa includes bed linen, bath towels and final cleaning.
Comte is located only 400 metres away from the lovely beach of Cala Conta with the famous restaurant ”Sunset Ashram”. The stunning beach of Cala Tarida with the ”Cotton Beach Club” a hot spot for tourists, celebs and locals, or, for example, Cala Bassa with its Beach Club are by car also very close. Ibiza town is 25km away and is a must-see with a multitude of shops, bars, superclubs and excellent restaurants. The airport is 21km away from the villa.
