A luxury villa that looks straight out of a Bond movie, Villa Odiya is a luxury, ultra-modern, and exquisite property in Sant Josep, Ibiza that offers a unique holiday experience to families and friends. The villa has 5 bedrooms and can accommodate 10 guests with comfortable ease.
It is designed over several floors offering mesmerising views and comes with a gorgeous outdoor dining area under a pergola roof, dazzling swimming pool, and a summer kitchen covered with a wooden porch. Grill fresh vegetables on the BBQ, relax with a glass of wine in the outdoor lounge, and swim in the pool as the kids are occupied in the children’s play area.
There are five bedrooms at Villa Odiya—two on the first floor, two on the second floor, and a fifth separately in the garden area for more privacy. Each bedroom is full of sunlight and minimal design to accentuate the outdoors. The natural stone and woodwork really come through with a charming, old-world ambiance.
The two master suites with large terraces and ensuites are found on the second floor. The two double bedrooms with ensuites are on the first floor. The fifth bedroom also has an ensuite.
Overlooking the stunning Mediterranean Sea, Villa Odiya gives you exclusive seats to a mesmerising view. The 10-metre infinity swimming pool is a prime spot to enjoy exquisite views. There are two outdoor living areas to relish sundowners and toast the sunset. You can relax while the kids play in the luscious garden or the play area. Dine in style at the alfresco dining area complete with a summer kitchen with a BBQ. The plot has a petanque court as well for recreation.
Villa Odiya features amazing interiors that are a mix of modern and rustic charm. It will remind you of a Scandinavian dream with filament bulbs hanging off the ceiling, light-wood furniture, and clean lines. The living area is designed with a fireplace and a lounge with a high-tech entertainment unit with a flat-screen TV and sound bar. The black-framed glass wall panels overlook the luscious greenery and view outdoors. The decor is bohemian that ties everything together.
Enjoy a hearty meal indoors on the charming dining table or the breakfast bar at the fully-equipped, modern kitchen. The kitchen is truly state-of-the-art with a Smeg cooker, fridge, microwave, Nespresso machine, and much more.
With full on-site staff who are taking active measures for your hygiene and safety, you have nothing but a rejuvenating holiday to look forward to. There are several amazing amenities for you including a well-equipped gym and children’s play area. Laundry room, alarm and safety deposit, and other services are available. If you have your rental car, two private parking spots are available. Some services may be charged extra so be sure to check in advance!
Sant Josep or San Jose is a lovely town in Ibiza that is home to fishing villages, stunning beaches, and the arresting Sant Josep Church with its magnificent architecture. You can enjoy views that sweep the mysterious beauty of Es Vedra, visit Sa Caleta to sunbathe, and enjoy swimming and boating at Cala Vadella.
