Perched atop one of the highest hills in Saint Barth, with the whole island seemingly at its feet, Villa Clementine offers its guests an almost unmatched experience of seclusion and tranquillity. With three ensuite bedrooms groups of up to six can enjoy long, relaxing day in the sun, enjoying the magnificent views from the comfort of the outdoor living room, soaking in the heated pool and tucking into delicious barbecue feasts around the al fresco dining table. But that’s not all. Open up the glass walls which separate the interior and exterior spaces, and the spacious living room can almost become an air-conditioned extension to the terrace. Finally, fitness enthusiasts will be delighted to hear that there’s no need to put your training routine on hold while staying at Villa Clementine, as the house features a well-equipped home gym.
There are three spacious bedrooms at Villa Clementine, all of which are designed in a distinctive modern style with unique lighting fixtures which give the rooms a futuristic appearance. No matter which room you choose, you’ll wake up each morning on a plush double bed, with ocean views greeting you from behind sliding glass doors onto the terrace. To fit with the modern design, you’ll have a range of modern amenities at your fingertips, including A/C, music speakers and programmable safes to keep your valuables secure. Finally, each room has its own ensuite bathroom with a rain-head shower.
The terrace at Villa Clementine is your private slice of paradise, carved out among verdant greenery and swaying palm trees. Due to the villa’s relatively high altitude location, the views are magnificent, encompassing lush forests, bustling towns and an ocean dotted with floating islands. And there’s almost no end of cosy spots from which to enjoy the view. Perhaps you’d like to sip a cup of coffee in the outdoor living room, shaded beneath the veranda, or admire the vista as you work on your tan in the comfort of a sun lounger. If you find yourself longing for the refreshing waves below you, take a dip in the heated swimming pool, which is lined by tropical plants for the illusion of swimming in a jungle lake. Finally, as the sun begins to set, watch the evening paint the sky in technicolour as you enjoy a barbecue meal around the al fresco dining table.
Slide open the glass walls which separate the terrace and living room, and suddenly the cool, air-conditioned interiors of Villa Clementine become an extension of the outside areas. Now you can enjoy the ocean views and crisp sea breeze while you lounge on the plush indoor sofas and armchairs and wind down with a movie on the flat-screen TV. Elsewhere within the main room you’ll find a fully-equipped kitchen, you’ll find a plethora of modern appliances, including a fridge-freezer, stove, oven and microwave, as well as a breakfast bar. Finally, one of the more unique aspects of Villa Clementine is the well-equipped fitness room, which offers guests free use of both resistance and cardio machines.
While you stay at Villa Clementine, you’ll spend your days enjoying the glorious Saint Barth sun as you leave the villa maintenance to the housekeeping team, who’ll pay you a visit six days a week from Monday to Saturday. You’ll find Villa Clementine in the peaceful neighbourhood of Vitet, on the northeastern side of the island. This area is known for its stunning views, as it has some of the highest peaks on Saint Barth, from which you can see almost the entire island. Beach-lovers will be delighted to hear that Villa Clementine is well situated to visit some of the most beautiful stretches of coast that Saint Barth has to offer, including Lorient Bay, Marigot Bay, and Grand Cul-de-Sac. This also means that you’ve got a wide range of bars and restaurants at your fingertips, as each one of these seaside areas has its own drinking and dining scene.
