A freshly constructed villa located in Vitet, Villa Golden View offers unblemished views of Lorient Bay. A generously-sized retreat for up to four guests, this villa commands a tranquil location in St. Barth.
When the weather is clear, you can even spot St. Martin and Anguilla. While it’s in a tranquil area, the villa still remains within driving distance of retail, dining, and entertainment options.
Best of all, you will be treated to a wide assortment of services and amenities to ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. As such, you can expect to spend a fully independent vacation in St. Barth.
Villa Golden View is fitted with two bathrooms and two bedrooms.
Boarding generous, light-flooded spaces, the bedrooms are all fitted with air-conditioning units so you will be comfortable in all seasons. Thanks to the oversized windows, you can comfortably lounge in bed while soaking up the gorgeous ocean views.
Both bedrooms are furnished with Euro King Beds, air-conditioning units, AC, HDTV with satellite connection, Sound System, and even a programmable safe to ensure that you can stow your valuables.
The attached bathrooms feature resort-like facilities, complete with rain head shower. One of the bedrooms even has a private terrace for taking in that gorgeous St. Barth weather.
Outside, Villa Golden View boasts an infinity pool with steps that offers hours of pure fun to both adults and kids alike. Best of all, the pool is entirely heated so you can enjoy it in all seasons.
With a half bath, the exterior also has Wi-Fi as well as a sun deck with beach chairs and umbrellas- basically everything you need to work on your tan. You’ll even find gas barbecue facilities for grilling up a storm whenever the mood strikes.
Inside, Villa Golden View comes with a contemporary and generously-sized kitchen that you can use to prepare a meal when you don’t feel like going out to eat. This space is perfectly outfitted with various types of appliances, including a dishwasher, ice machine, refrigerator, blender, juicer, coffee maker, espresso machine, toaster, microwave, and oven. You’ll even find a wine storage area.
With a quaint dining space for sharing and savoring your meals, the villa additionally boasts a cozy living room where the whole family can gather over quality time.
Offering free Wi-Fi, Villa Golden View has a well-equipped fitness room where you’ll find plenty of gym equipment for working on your tan.
