Guests of Villa Kaya can select from a total of four bathrooms and four bedrooms, all beautifully decked to ensure that you can drift off to an easy sleep at the end of the day. All the rooms come with dazzling ocean views as well as air-conditioning units that will keep you comfortable even during those warmer summer days.
The master bedroom is decked with a king-sized bed, mosquito screen, flat-screen television, and even a quaint living area where you can catch up with your loved ones.
The second and third rooms have queen-sized beds, while the last one is fitted with a king bed as well.
All the bathrooms have rain shower heads as well as resort-like amenities so you can wind down and relax in all privacy at the end of the day.

Near the sun deck lies a well-equipped gas barbecue area so don’t hesitate to stock up on fresh produce that you can grill up at the end of the day. The upper pool deck also boasts outdoor living areas where you can sip on a cocktail while watching the sun set gently over the ocean.

The same sense of well-being steeps into the interior of the villa. As such, you’ll find a generously-sized living room, complete with a flat-screen television, dish network and Apple TV.
Best of all, this area comes with a bar, perfect for enjoying your favorite drinks while watching the television from the comfortable white leather sofas.
The kitchen is well-outfitted with just about everything you’ll need to rustle up a delicious meal right in the intimacy of the villa.
