The double story holiday villa consists of 4 spacious bedrooms with optimal light and stunning interiors welcoming guests making them feel at home. The sleeping arrangements of the villa ensures all of the 8 occupants the optimal night’s rest. The bedrooms comprise three double beds and two single bedrooms. The four bedrooms are complete with linens and each with beautiful views out over the stunning picturesque countryside and beautifully decorated with elegant furnishings.
Villa Lluna Nova is complete with 4 modern bathrooms, 2 of which have a bathtub; each with a piping hot shower, fluffy towels and hairdryer provided. The bathrooms are connected conveniently to the bedrooms, ensuring guests absolute comfort.
For alfresco dining, adjacent to the kitchen, is the outdoor terrace of the villa. With direct access from the living room, guests can easily prepare and present meals outdoors under the shelter of the roofline and enjoy star gazing at the Mallorcan nights sky. For warmer nights the outdoor area is ideal; equipped with a brick built barbeque, guests can enjoy meals outdoors with beautiful views across the lush gardens and the pool. The 302m2 properties large pool is the perfect place for the family or friends to cool off during those warm summer months. There are also plenty of sun beds for those who wish to soak in the Sa Pobla sun. For extra fun the villa also hosts a ping pong table for guests to enjoy a game or two.
On the lower floor Villa Lluna Nova hosts a very large and welcoming living room. The living room provides entertainment for guests to enjoy whilst indoors. The living room houses a large wooden table for all of its eight guests to use whilst enjoying dinner parties or game nights. The lounge area has plenty of plush seating, a beautiful fireplace for the cooler nights and a 49” HD cable TV with the Sky sports package. The villa also boasts Wifi for those who wish to stream. Villa Lluna Nova is complete with a separate fully equipped open plan kitchen, with direct access through its large wooden doors to the outdoor terrace. The kitchen boasts not only pots and pans but is also supplied with kitchen utensils, dishes and silverware, a coffee machine, stove, microwave, oven and refrigerator; all guests could possibly need to prepare a gourmet meal in their holiday villa. On the upper floor guests will find the villas private home gym and another terrace for optimal star spotting. The indoor area is so lovely and spacious with 360 degrees of unobstructed views making it the ideal place to cosy up with a good book in the cool air conditioned indoors.
Villa Lluna Nova includes full cleaning before and after guests check out and also includes the service of welcoming guests for any arrival time; with arrival out of schedule option available. Getting around and being mobile in Villa Lluna Nova is very simple and the villa provides plenty of onsite parkingoutdoors. The villa is also fully disinfected before and after all guests check in and out. Villa Lluna Nova can also provide a baby high chair and baby cot if requested.
