Beach Villa Catalina

There are four bedrooms at Casa Catalina and all of them are found on the second floor accessible via an outdoor staircase. Two bedrooms are double bedded while the remaining feature twin beds. The master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom and the other three share a family bathroom. You can enjoy your own space as the bedrooms are spacious and lead to the private balcony where you can get some fresh air, have your tea, and catch up with friends and family.

The outdoor area at Casa Catalina is exclusively-designed for recreation. You have luscious gardens where you can take a leisurely stroll, dense foliage for a fresh ambiance and ample outdoor sitting. There is a wonderful alfresco dining area with bench-style seating where you can relish your breakfast. The private swimming pool is exactly what you need when you wish to laze around in the afternoons. Lounge on the sunbeds and bask under the Mallorcan sun for good measure.

Casa Catalina features a second-floor living area that has been designed with lovely, vintage-inspired interiors, large windows overlooking the pool area and comfortable furniture. Relax on the sectional sofa and watch your favourite movies and TV shows on the flat-screen or read a book in the reading nook with winged armchairs. Lovely pinstriped, floral upholstery adds to the rustic, old-Spanish vibe.

The living room is open-plan featuring a six-seater dining table and a grandpa clock in the same space. It’s air-conditioned and well-lit so you can spend many a comfortable hour indoors. You have complete access to the fully-equipped, modern kitchen that has everything you need to cook up a storm. It has a third dining area as well for a more informal setup. It’s perfect if you’re with family and can cook and eat together.

Casa Catalina is disinfected, cleaned, and maintained up to standard when it comes to your safety so you have nothing to worry about. Cleaning (mid-stay and final) is included in your stay while you can request for daily cleaning as well.
