Villa Cap Malheureux 1 has a total of two bedrooms to accommodate four guests, both of which are located on the top floor. As a result, you will be able to wake up to spectacular views every day. Because of its proximity to the sea, guests can fall asleep lulled by the gentle sound of the waves every day. Both bedrooms boast a queen-sized bed each, with lamps, bedside tables and a safe to keep your valuables. The bedrooms also have their own en-suite bathrooms where you can wash away the stress of the day and enjoy a soothing shower in all privacy. The bedrooms are also air-conditioned.
This villa is equipped with a furnished and spacious terrace upon which you will find an outdoor dining table so you can tuck into a delicious meal while enjoying panoramic views of the lagoon. And after you’ve allowed your food to digest, stroll through the lush green garden that leads you directly onto the beach, where you can enjoy a relaxing swim in the crystalline lagoon. Because the beach is right on your doorstep, you won’t even have to battle the crowds to find the perfect sunbathing spot on the sand.

With a quintessential Mauritian architecture, Villa Cap Malheureux 1 features a spacious and homely interior with large windows to let plenty of sunlight flood in. Perfect for lazy days spent indoors, the living area offers an open-plan layout with a flat-screen television, complete with satellite channels and comfortable sofas which you can sink into after a long day.
Villa Cap Malheureux 1 is entirely self-catering, which provides you with the luxury of customizing your own meals. As a result, you will also find a fully-equipped kitchen that comes with various cabinets and cupboards, as well as an electric oven, stovetop oven, microwave, sink, refrigerator and more. There’s even a full-sized refrigerator. And to savour your meals, you can always gather around the beautifully-furnished dining area to enjoy it.
To help you focus on your holiday and get some much-needed rest, Villa Cap Malheureux 1 offers the complimentary services of a housekeeper who will take care of the cleaning up of the villa, including the bathrooms and bedrooms. There’s also a gardener who will tend to the grounds. Rest assured that it is possible to hire extra services at an added fee, such as an in-house cook who can prepare any dish of your choice.
This villa places you in the sunny village of Cap Malheureux which is known for its scenic, tree-lined trees. Within walking distance of your villa, you’ll find an assortment of family-owned grocery stores and small restaurants where you can savour typical Mauritian specialties.
