The villa is a part of Narayan Heights, which is an upscale residential community with plush housing. However, there are no large hotels or resorts here, which means, the neighborhood remains serene and quiet. Your privacy is guaranteed. It is very close to the airport as well, so you can reach it easily. Several beaches and tourist attractions of the island are close. You can also reach the pier easily to take a boat to Phangan.
The villa has 4 spacious and airy bedrooms. Three of them have king beds that can sleep 2 guests each. The fourth bedroom has a sofa bed, which can be expanded at night for 3-4 guests. It also has a bunk bed for one more. This room is perfect for the kids and even for those parents who want to sleep with young toddlers. So, the villa can easily sleep up to 11-12 guests. Baby cots are also available in the house.
The Dahlia Room has an impressive floor-to-ceiling glass door. The Garden Room is on the first floor and opens to a private terrace. The Orchid Room, which is the master suite, is on the second floor. It overlooks the sea and the infinity pool. Sunflower Room is the one for the kids. They are all air-conditioned and feature the finest décor. The ensuite bathrooms have showers or bathtubs.
Outside, you will find a beautiful 11x4-meter infinity swimming pool that is integrated with a kid’s pool. It faces Koh Mat Lang Island and the mountains and offers one of the best views you can get anywhere in Koh Samui. The poolside deck has several loungers with pergolas where you can relax and enjoy these views.
The living and dining areas and a few bedrooms open to this deck. Besides the deck, on one side, you will also find a terrace that has an outdoor lounging space with comfortable sofas.
