Villa Sip

There are six bedrooms at Villa Sip spread across different sections of the villa. The rooms are intentionally separate to allow each guest to have their own space and privacy. Each bedroom is fully air-conditioned having simplistic yet chic decor, sliding glass doors, and an ensuite bathroom consisting of rain showers and sunken tubs.

The master suite is the most spacious bedroom and has access to the swimming pool. It has been created in the style of a penthouse and is furnished with a king sized bed, study table and chair, along with recliners and ample wardrobe space. The room also has a private balcony from where you can catch jaw dropping views of the coastline.
The remaining bedrooms are similarly designed and furnished with king sized beds and recliners or sofas with coffee tables. Since each of these rooms is located separate from the rest, some of them have access to the lawns while others have private balconies where you can enjoy your morning coffee with a view.

Villa Sip houses a swimming pool on the upper floor of the villa. Its location is perfect for soaking in the freshness and for treating your eyes to panoramic views of the ocean and hills nearby. Take a dip in the inviting waters of the pool or get yourself the perfect tan while lazing on the sun loungers at the pool deck. The loungers also have pool umbrellas to offer respite from the Sun and to provide shade while you take a catnap.
On the lower level, there is an outdoor living area surrounded by well manicured lawns to help you catch up on some me-time or spend romantic evenings with your partner as the sun sets in the distance while the sky changes colours making it a spectacle like no other.

The indoor areas at Villa Sip comprise of the living room, kitchen and dining area. The living area has minimalist interiors and is furnished with luxe sofas and recliners. There is a flat screen TV in this room so you don’t miss out on your digital entertainment fill. This area has sliding glass doors that provide access to the swimming pool. It is ideal for spending quality time together with family, or just lounging during the day seeking shade from the overpowering tropical Sun, or catching up on some reading.

The dining area and kitchen are adjacent to the living area. The modern fully equipped kitchen has all the amenities you would require to prepare your meals. The kitchen also has a breakfast bar where you can grab a quick bite before heading out for sightseeing. The dining area is furnished with a table having a seating capacity of eight people.

Villa Sip comprises a well-trained staff known for their warmth and generosity. The staff consists of a villa manager, housekeepers, pool maintenance staff, and security guards present round the clock. There are safes in each bedroom, high speed WiFi, local phone, and a backup generator available. Additional services including airport transfers, rental car and chauffeur, babysitter, masseuse, and laundry are available upon request and bound to extra charges.
