Colombier is in the Northwest of St. Barths, despite being the least populated region of the island, Colombier is nevertheless close to beaches, Gustavia, the airport, and the charming village of Corossol. Only a catamaran overland or a steep hiking path can get you to Colombier, which again makes it a wonderfully peaceful and lovely place to spend the day. The beaches in Colombier are also perfect for snorkeling or swimming.
From Colombier, you can see Ile Fourchue, an offshore island with a nice beach and a protected cove, as well as the northwest coast of France. Bringing a gourmet picnic of chilled Champagne and Foie Gras to Colombia's golden sands is a lovely way to spend a day in St. Barths.
