Villa Pleasure is a lovely 3-bedroom villa in a front-line seafront location, offering unbeatable sea views. It can be an ideal base for a family holiday on St Barts. It is just a short drive from Gustavia, the island’s capital, which many consider one of the most fashionable and stylish towns in the Caribbean. There are two beaches close to this villa, Corossol and Anse des Cayes, both are very scenic. As an added incentive, you will be able to watch the pretty luxury yachts and other boats coming into the harbor and leaving for the wide ocean. The villa sits at the end of a road. It is the last property on the stretch, which ensures that you will have privacy and quiet vacation away from the crowds. However, all the luxury stores, boutiques, and restaurants of Gustavia will still be within an easy drive. There is no better base to explore this beautiful Caribbean paradise. And inside the house, you will have many modern amenities for a comfortable time. It is spacious and airy. You are sure to enjoy your time when you stay in this villa.
The three bedrooms are on opposite sides of the common areas. The first two bedrooms are adjoining and can be connected, perfect for the parents and two young children. One has a king bed, while the second has twins. However, the twin beds can be joined by request to make a large king. They both open to the balcony through a wide door. The third bedroom has a queen bed. All three are air-conditioned and ensuite. The master suite has a television. The others have a safe, large wardrobe, an iron, and an ironing board. The modern bathrooms have showers, hair dryers, and double sinks.
The impressive terrace is certainly a highlight of Villa Pleasure. At its center, you will find a remarkable infinity pool that hangs at the edge of a cliff, offering you fabulous views of the sea, which is directly in front. The wooden deck bordering the pool has many loungers where you can relax, sunbathe, sip a drink, and watch the views. At the back of the terrace, you will find a garden with pretty bougainvilleas.The terrace also has a shaded portion with comfortable sofas. Head for the shaded area any time you want. You will still get the same fabulous views. The sunsets are especially magical. Also, on one side, you will find a small garden with a shaded balcony and a seating area. A staircase leads down from the terrace to a green yard by the sea where there are many tall trees. You can enjoy a picnic lunch here if you want.
Inside, there is one large room with the living, dining areas, and kitchen. It opens on two sides, so you are always close to the sea. The living area has a cushy sofa and wide-screen television. Just behind, there is a 6-seater table for all the guests. The kitchen has many modern appliances, an oven, microwave, refrigerator, juicer, toaster, and coffee machine.
Villa Pleasure offers all the luxuries and modern conveniences for a memorable island holiday in the Caribbean. A coded entrance gate will ensure your security and privacy. There are music systems and televisions for your entertainment. Go for a swim anytime in your private pool. The entire house is air-conditioned. A housekeeping team will come daily, except on holidays and Sundays, to keep the house properly clean. You can also approach our concierge team for any other on-demand service for a charge.
This luxury villa has a fantastic location. It is only a few minutes’ drive from Gustavia and its many restaurants and luxury boutiques. The international airport is also very close. Three scenic beaches are an easy drive away, Corossol, Anse des Cayes, and Saint Jean. For food and drinks, you can go to La Petite Colombe, Sella, and Maya’s, which is located next door.
