Villa The View is located on the hills of Colombier, St Barts where its elegant and refined architecture blends perfectly with the beautiful and captivating scenery. This luxury home as its name suggests overlooks the magnificent St Bart’s harbour and the far-off island of Nevis. This is one of the island's best residences, lavishly decorated with dark hardwoods and luxurious cocoa-coloured leather.
This property consists of 4 beautiful bedrooms, 4 spacious bathrooms, large living space, modern kitchen, fitness room and huge outdoor grounds with a lovely infinity pool, perfect for 8 persons to enjoy themselves.
Its interior is chic, refined and elegant. Each room shares the same Argentinean designer furniture, a collection of leather and parchment designs of exceptional quality and in natural hues.
Stone steps lead to the home. Along the way, amidst the quietness, the only sound heard is that of a contemporary stone waterfall trickling gently, exuding a soothing ambiance. You will definitely be mesmerised by the fascinating views.
Set across several levels, it has 4 elegantly designed ensuite bathrooms, offering guests maximum privacy. Each of the rooms comes standard with a large cosy king bed, airconditioning, programmable safe and a lovely dressing room.
In addition to the above, the spacious bedroom one, has a private entrance and large leather bed along with leather and parchment furniture. On top of that, the room also has a massage table (for private massage services) as well as sundeck overlooking the captivating ocean view. The very generous ensuite bathroom of exceptional quality comes with a relaxing shower, premium toiletries and vanities. It also opens up to the terrace. Bedroom 2 is similar.
As for bedroom 3, on the lower floor has private access and a plush beige leather bed. Both the bedroom and ensuite bathroom open up to a private terrace with stunning ocean views.
The 4th bedroom, also on the lower level, consists of a separate cottage with a private terrace, heated Jacuzzi, sitting area with a Direct Plasma TV, an office as well as a huge ensuite bathroom.
Along the front of the property, the outside space contains a large deck. There are many places to sit, including a shaded outdoor living area with soft white cushions. The beautiful infinity pool, which is connected to the outdoor living space by steps, is an outstanding feature. There is an outdoor shower for guests who wish to use the pool. Those who prefer barbecuing, there is also an outdoor gas BBQ.
The inside of the home is open plan hence very spacious. It has a lovely sitting area furnished with ultra-palatial white sofas and tan suede chairs, ideal for relaxing. The HDTV, DVD and CD collections as well as dish networks allow you to enjoy a variety of entertainment options. A huge glass door leads into the outside terrace space. Meals and snacks can be conveniently prepared in the wonderful kitchen that is fully equipped with oven, microwave, toaster, espresso machine, juicer, blender, refrigerator, wine storage and dishwasher. It is adjacent to the lovely indoor dining space which in turn leads to the alfresco dining area outside. Those into fitness will not miss their regular regime as there is a fitness room with treadmill, step machine and free weights for your use.
Our friendly team are on hand 24/7 to assist you throughout your stay. Amongst complimentary services provided include arrival and departure transfers, welcome gifts and daily housekeeping. Should you require other services like childcare, grocery shopping, tour arrangements and more, it can be requested and arranged, with additional costs.
Given that the property is on high grounds, it provides the most wonderful views of the stunning Colombier Bay from every angle of the home. Colombier, in the northwest of St Barts, can only be reached via a steep hiking path (25 minutes walk) or catamaran overland, makes a great spot to spend a day in. Its views extends to the offshore island of Fourche, a protected cove and nice beach. The beautiful beaches across the island, is perfect for swimming and snorkeling. Spend a lovely day in St Barts with a gourmet picnic of chilled Champagne and Foie Gras along the golden sands of Colombier. Other local activities that can be enjoyed in the area are shopping, fishing, tennis, walking, fine dining and water sports.
