A traditional rustic chalet built in abundant timber and wooden panes, the mountain-based Chalet Alpette located in the tranquil area of Les Proveres in Courchevel Village reigns superior with its authenticity and welcoming warmth. As wood wraps the entire facade of the chalet right to its interior, guests will find that the material is featured in its exposed, raw form on the walls to conjure a natural and unpolished appeal that further enhances the chalet’s charm. Interior wise, the furnishings are a subtle and eclectic mix of wood, stones for its supporting columns, fur, hides, antlers and some typical Alpine objects that render it tasteful and homely. Designed with 5 ensuite bedrooms for 10 guests, Chalet Alpette sits on a privileged section of serenity, yet just a few hundred metres from the slopes, ski lifts and the resort’s centre. The chalet also boasts of stunning panoramic views of the great mountains, with numerous state-of-the-art facilities and lovely atmosphere for its interiors and exteriors that promise a delightful holiday for guests in the French Alps.
Perched on the private hamlet of Les Proveres, guests can easily reach the pistes within a 300-meter distance and head to the Courchevel village centre by foot. The slopes of the 3 Vallees ski area are a recommended spot for guests to start off their vacation here. While Courchevel is generally the entire ski resort, it also refers to the towns named as Courchevel 1300, Courchevel 1550, Courchevel 1650 and Courchevel 1850, with the numbers in reference to their altitude in meters. Chalet Alpette is in Courchevel 1550 specifically and off the slopes, guests could enjoy activities like dining and wining at the restaurants and bars, or shopping at the various shops.
