Penthouse Le Belladone is one of the finest rental properties at Courchevel Moriond, the world’s largest ski area. It is a brand new penthouse in the upscale Résidence l’Ariondaz residential colony that has recently been renovated and now offers some of the best facilities in the French Alps. The area is fantastic, it has beautiful scenery and some of the best ski slopes on the continent. Enjoy your stay in this property, try skiing and the many other activities, shop to your heart’s content, and savor the local cuisine. It can certainly be a very memorable holiday in the hills.
The penthouse has 5 bedrooms for 13 guests, including 5 kids. It features a lavishly decorated living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a laundry room, a storage room, and a superb balcony that offers scenic views. The bedrooms are airy and spacious. The amenities, facilities, ambiance, and everything else make this house a superb choice, whether you are into skiing or a nature lover. But what really makes this penthouse special is how it fuses the interior with the scenic exterior so beautifully.
Penthouse Le Belladone has a total of 5 bedrooms. The master suite has a double bed, an end of-bed bench that provides extra leg space for tall guests, an armchair, and a television. There is a large cupboard and a wardrobe. It opens to a south-facing balcony that offers fabulous views.
The Grey, Yellow, and Pink bedrooms too have double beds, cupboards with shelves, wardrobes, and televisions. Together, these four bedrooms can sleep eight guests. Penthouse Le Belladone also has a dormitory for children with a single bed and 2 bunk beds for 4 kids. They are going to love sharing a single space. But do make sure that they don’t stay awake until late into the night. All of them, including the dormitory, have ensuite bathrooms with showers, hair dryers, and towel dryers.
This luxury penthouse is located on the 11th floor and thus offers a fabulous view, which you will get from the large 26-square-meter balcony and the windows. You will get a breathtaking 180-degree view of the surrounding summits. There are seating areas on the balcony as well so you can enjoy the views comfortably. An elevator will take you to your floor, so you don’t have to climb stairs. From the outside, the house looks like a traditional chalet, which makes it blend easily with the surrounding landscape.
Everything is close. The village center is only 400 meters away. Ski schools are at a distance of 600 meters. The building has parking space, ski lockers, and a boots heater.
The penthouse is spread over 210 square meters. It is on the 11th floor of Les Bleuets residence of Le Domaine de l’Ariondaz in Courchevel Moriond. The living room is large and spacious. Its tall thatched ceiling gives it the appearance of a chalet. A wooden fireplace provides warmth on a cold day. Enjoy the warmth and comfort while seating on the modern sofas. There is a flat-screen TV and a home cinema for your entertainment. The room opens to a south-facing balcony that offers mountain views.
The dining area provides seating for 14 guests. In the kitchen, you will find a coffee machine, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, oven, washing machine, and other modern appliances.
Penthouse Le Belladone has everything for a luxury holiday. The building has a reception, ski lockers, and a shoe cupboard. Slippers, towels, and cleaning products are provided. You will also receive a condiment kit. The bathroom has a towel dryer and hair dryer. You will find a bottle of champagne in the winter. Complimentary mid-stay cleaning is included with your stay in this penthouse.
Courchevel 1650 is a top location in the French Alps. The village center is very close, so you will find many shops and restaurants nearby. You will have direct access to the slopes. The ski lifts are only 20 meters away and the closest ski school is 600 meters from this penthouse. For non-skiers too, there is a range of adventure activities to choose from.
