Courchevel Moriond in the Tarentaise valley is nestled within the heart of the French Alps. This fantastic ski resort is popular throughout the world. Le Grizzli is an intimate penthouse right at the center of this amazing resort. It offers the perfect location for enjoying skiing and also the many off-ski activities. The rental property also offers a very pleasing ambiance for a memorable holiday. Relax when you are not enjoying the snow, spend quality time with your family, and enjoy the views. The penthouse is packed with modern amenities for a very comfortable vacation.
Penthouse Le Grizzli is located on the 10th floor of a modern building, but it still looks like a traditional chalet from the outside. This is also the topmost floor, which means you will have more privacy. Of course, you don’t have to climb the stairs, as an elevator will take you to the top. Once inside, you will find that each corner of the penthouse has been tastefully decorated. The décor is modern and chic.
There are four bedrooms that can accommodate 6 adults and 4 kids. Three of them have large double beds of equal size, a television, a wardrobe with plenty of storage and hanging space, and a dressing area. There is no balcony with the bedrooms but that is wonderfully compensated by large windows that provide views of Courchevel Moriond and Courchevel Village. An entire wall has these windows, which makes you feel like you are a part of the outdoors.
There is also a children’s bedroom with two bunk beds and a trundle bed. This room too has a large wardrobe and a cupboard with shelves. The modern bathrooms have walk-in showers, bath tub, towel dryers, and hair dryers.
The penthouse is located at Centre de Courchevel Moriond 1650. The ground floor has a sports shop and a floral art shop. It is very close to the village center and its many attractions. Plus, you will also find many facilities in the common areas of the building. For example, there is also a ski room on the 4th floor that offers privileged access to the ski slopes for the residents. There is also a balcony with a seating area, so you can enjoy the views even from the house.
This luxury penthouse has an area of 143 square meters. The living room features a large L-shaped sofa, a couple of armchairs, and a small library. There is a flat-screen television with a Nintendo Switch and an Apple TV. A wooden fireplace provides warmth and keeps you comfortable. The ambiance is soothing and very pleasing. You can spend your evenings watching television or playing board games with the kids. This is precious family time.
The room opens to a balcony where you will find garden furniture and a table for 8 guests. The modern kitchen opens to the living room. You will find plenty of appliances for your cooking. All of you can have food together at the large dining table.
Penthouse Le Grizzli is a self-service rental property but it is fully stocked with everything you need on your holiday. Champagne is provided in the winter. You will also find slippers, a washer, and a dishwasher. The beds are going to be made before your arrival. Mid-stay cleaning is complimentary. The village center, ski schools, and ski lifts are all close. The six villages of Courchevel are all linked by free shuttles and ski lifts, so you can easily reach any place. The immediate neighborhood around Penthouse Le Grizzli is quiet and peaceful. You will find a mix of modern hotels, self-catering apartments, and traditional chalet-style buildings. There are many cafes, bars, restaurants, and shops close to this penthouse.
