Villa Sa Llupia

The villa has four beautiful bedrooms with bespoke furniture, luxurious bedding and unique pieces. Each room has an en-suite bathroom with showers. The master bathroom has a free-standing bath and a separate shower. The other two bedrooms with locally made four-poster beds and two further bedrooms that can be made up as twins or doubles depending on the guests’ preference.

Guests can choose from different terraced areas which surround the villa and swimming pool. Sun loungers and comfy chairs are well placed so you can enjoy some shade under parasols. Olive and Cypress trees surround the pool, whilst a burst of pink bougainvillaea creeps up and over the stone walls of the villa. Add to this, fragrant Orange and Lemon trees and you have a truly relaxing outdoor space to enjoy. There is a beautiful infinity pool overlooking Deia. There is also an outdoor shower room, perfect to use after a dip in the pool or to cool down whilst basking in the sun.

The main areas are open plan and spacious, brimming with natural light. Subtle, neutral tones and relaxed seating create a fresh, contemporary feel. Interiors are a charming rustic-chic mix including designer pieces by Roche Bobois, Ralph Lauren, Decorus, Cherner Chair Company and Maxxalto. Open fires in both the living room and kitchen keep the house warm and cosy in the chillier months. The living area has comfy sofas and a magnificent vaulted beamed ceiling, a relaxing room the ‘chill out’ in. The spectacular ‘Stelle’ chandelier by Barcelona Design casts an impressive glow over the double-height ceiling in the hallway. There are a few dining options to choose from – guests can dine under the magnificent Kevin Reilly ‘Altar’ chandelier which is suspended over the Andrianna Sharmaris teak butterfly kitchen table, or ‘al fresco’ on the covered terrace dining area for long balmy evenings under starry skies. The large open-plan kitchen and outdoor Weber BBQ are the places for cooks to get creative. The kitchen is well-equipped with state of the art Miele appliances including induction hob, double oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and larder fridge and freezer. The utility room has wine storage and an extra fridge and freezer. Large double doors conveniently open out from the kitchen onto the terrace dining area.

The villa offers safety and comfort to future guests by always including final cleaning with full disinfection.
