Villa Sa Tanca

Sa Tanca is home to four bedrooms located on the first floor—one of the bedrooms is located in a wing which can be considered a private space because it has its own strong>garden and entrance from the courtyard. The master bedroom features a king-sized four-poster bed, there is one double bed and one twin bedroom. You can enjoy views that sweep Deia and the sea from the master bedroom—it has an ensuite with a Jacuzzi bathtub. Each bedroom has an ensuite—one that is situated in a tower with glass walls.

There are ample spots for you to relax and enjoy the fresh air outdoors. Sa Tanca is designed for comfort infused with nature to heal your soul. You will find a loggia with a strong>breakfast area by the pool or a wisteria-covered pergola with an outdoor lounge. The private swimming pool is bordered by the pool with sunbeds. The private gardens are planted with olive, palm and citrus trees among others. There is bougainvillea and more that add bright pops of color to the area. There are daybeds on small terraces around the villa from where you can enjoy the panoramic views.

As you head indoors, you will be in awe of the uniquely Mallorcan interiors featuring terracotta floors, oak furniture and wooden beams on the ceiling. The lounge features plush pastel sofas with bright cushions, large windows allowing in ample sunlight and an open fireplace. This is a comfortable and cozy corner for you and your friends and family. The main sitting area is more formal with elegant interiors, modern amenities like surround sound, flat-screen TV and more that opens to the terrace.

A polished oak dining table can seat up to eight guests comfortably and it stands in the lounge area. You can relish a hearty, fulfilling feast with your loved ones over wine and conversations. Prepare to be amazed by the many services and luxurious amenities available at the villa. The fully-equipped, modern kitchen is spacious enough for everyone to work together and prepare a wonderful meal. With an island, ample counters, wooden cabinets and modern appliances, it has everything you need.

The villa has plenty of services and amenities for guests including a garage that can park up to three cars. There is a separate study with broadband where you can catch up on work. The staff provides cleaning and maintenance for the garden and pool. Housekeeping is provided weekly but you can ask for additional cleaning, if needed.
