Villa S’Olivaret is a rustic one-bedroom villa with magnificent views of Deia. The style is traditional Majorcan, with lots of privacy, open plan kitchen, BBQ, garden, and is wheelchair accessible. The picture from the pool area shows the soft slope of the sandy mountains dusted with trees and at the end is the blue of the Mediterranean sea.
The villa has one bedroom. The bedroom has a double bed with a mosquito net billowing around it, large wooden wardrobes, a wicker chair and bedside tables with lampshades. An extra bed can be arranged at an additional cost of 500 euros a week. The bathroom has a WC, shower and a sink.
The outside area is well maintained with a swimming pool overlooking mountain and sea views. The outdoor area consists of a porch, veranda, BBQ, parking, garden, three garden chairs and two deck chairs. There is also a music system and a ping pong table. This area is perfect for relaxing in the Spanish sunshine as you watch the yachts coast along the azure Mediterranean and wind rustle through the green trees. There is a BBQ and many spots to enjoy an alfresco meal or pull up a blanket and have a picnic.
The villa’s interior is charming and traditional Majorcan. It is an open plan living area with a living room with a two-piece sofa, tea table, TV, audiotape player, radio, satellite or cable (Spanish). The kitchen has all the appliances you may need such as Fridge, freezer, blender, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, oven, toaster, iron & board, cooking utensils, four ring stove. The villa also provides its guests with a washing machine, central heating and wifi.
The villa offers safety and comfort to future guests by always including final cleaning with full disinfection. Bedlinens, pool towels and bath towels are included.
This beautiful villa is located in the terracotta town of Deia. A town beloved by artists, public figures and outdoor activists. The closest beach is Cala Deia a 25-minute walk or a five-minute drive. The nearest golf club is a 30-minute drive to Son Termes. For those who enjoy outdoor activities walking, fishing, swimming, cycling, golf, mountains, biking, tennis, mountaineering and diving are all available here. There are many art galleries, boutiques and yummy and relaxed tapas restaurants to enjoy some traditional Majorcan cuisine and the beloved sangria.
