Stay far away from the touristy and cosmopolitan areas of Mallorca for a relaxing holiday within nature. Finca Son Fonto is a fully renovated traditional Spanish farmhouse in a 2300 square meter private estate. The house is traditional from the outside, thanks to its stone facade. It is chic and modern from the inside. Each corner of this villa has been carefully planned and designed by the owners. You will have all modern amenities and luxuries here, like your own private swimming pool, air-conditioning, heating, barbecue, fireplace, and a fully-equipped kitchen. The four bedrooms are large and spacious.
Villa Finca Son Fonto is very close to one of the two main roads on the island that leaves Palma de Mallorca. The town center of Manacor is only 3 kilometers away. But it seems like a world apart once you are inside this luxury property. You will see many tall trees and flowering plants everywhere. There are manicured lawns where you can lay down and relax. The house blends outdoor and indoor living very well.
The house has 4 bedrooms, three with large double beds and one with twin beds, which can easily sleep up to 8 guests. They are naturally cool, thanks to the tall wooden-beamed ceiling and large doors that allow plenty of the Mediterranean breeze coming in through the trees to flood through the rooms. Thanks to the bedside reading lamp, you can read a book after a long day and doze off to sleep. Traveling with your family and kids? They can easily stay in the twin bedroom.
There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. Hairdryers are provided.
There is a small private swimming pool at the center of the impressive 500-square-meter terrace. The tall trees around the pool provide a natural shade. Recliners are placed on the poolside. The terrace also has separate shaded lounging and dining areas. Relax here after a cool dip, read a book, your morning coffee while listening to the songs of the birds, or your evening drink. Enjoy the serene ambiance of this villa. All around, you will find many tall trees, flowering plants, and a gorgeous lawn.
A little further away, there is a playground for the kids. You will find smaller lounging spaces with chairs throughout the garden. Explore the garden on foot or on bikes. You can see hills in the distance.
The interior is equally impressive. The large living and dining spaces have the same traditional wooden ceiling as the bedrooms. An arched doorway separates the two sections. The living area has modern sofas and large-screen television. There is a fireplace in the dining area in front of a cozy recliner. Both these sections of the house are air-conditioned.
In the kitchen, you will find a refrigerator, microwave, oven, toaster, juicer, coffee machine, and other appliances. You can reach the terrace from both the living room and the kitchen.
Traveling with your family and young children? Use the baby high chair and the cot/crib. Want to cook a Mediterranean meal during your stay? Feel free to use all the appliances you will find in the villa’s kitchen. Air-conditioning, heating, final cleaning, tourist tax, and electricity are all included with your stay at Finca Son Fonto. Extras include the service of a professional chef. The villa does not allow pets.
Cala Varques, the closest beach, is 10 kilometers away. The town of Manacor has many shops and restaurants. You will also find the Son Gual golf course nearby. Make sure that you visit the Cales de Mallorca, Caves of Drach, Porto Cristo, Museu d’Història de Manacor, and the Rafa Nadal Museum from this rental property. They are all close.
