Finca Son Ramon Llull is a lovely self-catered accommodationin Manacor, the second largest town in Mallorca. Nestled within a family-friendly neighbourhood in a beautiful rural area, this home is wonderfully furnished with the capacity to comfortably host up to 6 persons.
This 2-storey home features 3 cozy well-appointed bedrooms, spacious bathrooms, large outdoor pool, vast well-pruned garden, open living and dining spaces, complete kitchen, BBQ area as well as huge outdoor spaces, perfect for that quiet retreat with your loved ones.
Being in a rural setting, it is surrounded by vast greeneries and tranquil breathtaking views of the mountain in the distance.
A wide staircase leads to the upper level which houses the 3 lovely bedrooms. Bedroom 1 comes with a large en-suite bathroom, super comfortable large double bed and huge wardrobe whereby belongings can be stored securely. A large 2 panel glass door opens up to your very own private balcony offering breathtaking views of the vast outdoor spaces, a great spot for quiet reflection or alone time. Meanwhile, its en-suite bathroom has high quality fixtures, premium toiletries, bathtub and vanities for your enjoyment and convenience.
Bedroom 2 has a large double bed with a baby cot, perfect for a couple with their young baby or toddler. The one remaining bedroom is furnished with 2 comfy twin beds and a huge wardrobe while the shared bathroom has a relaxing shower, vanities, toiletries and branded fixtures.
Head out to its vast outdoor spaces to enjoy the great outdoors. Enjoy sumptuous grilled meals at the semi-covered terrace whereby there is a portable BBQ stove which can be used to grill meats of your choice. The terrace area is also great for alfresco dining. Jump into the large irresistible pool for a refreshing swim. Laze on the comfy sun loungers shaded by huge parasols while admiring the beautifully pruned garden with lovely scrubs and plants.
The home’s vast indoor spaces await your arrival. It’s rustic charm will surely mesmerize you as you enter through the main entrance. The cozy living room with big comfortable sofas is the perfect spot to just relax or to enjoy a movie on the large tv. Meals can be enjoyed at the lovely dining area with a nice wooden six seater dining table. The delightful and spacious kitchen will surely delight with its modern appliances such as fridge, coffee maker, oven, dishwasher and more. Should you fancy a quick meal or snack, you can easily whip it up and enjoy it at another smaller table in the kitchen. A large floor to ceiling glass door in the kitchen leads into the outdoor areas. Upstairs, you can chill out in the small and cozy living space which comes with extra plush sofas and tv allowing each occupant the chance to enjoy their favorite movie in comfort.
Basic amenities such as towels and linens are provided while for those with toddlers, high chair and cot is also provided for your convenience. In addition, there is also onsite parking available if you intend to drive here. Meanwhile, other services like childcare, dining arrangements, grocery shopping, transfers and many more can be requested and arranged at extra costs.
Finca Son Ramon Llull is surrounded by many amazing attractions such as ‘Via Verde’ Manacor, a 29 km eco-path suitable for walkers, runners, cyclists and horseback riders which begins in Manacor and offers changing scenery along the way, the Parish church of Nostra Senyora dels Dolors is a must see. The local market comes alive on Mondays where you can find traditional products, art and crafts. For foodies, there are plenty of restaurants in the area offering delicious local and international delights to indulge in.
