The minimalist and contemporary styled estate is designed for first class living, with breath-taking views across the Ibiza countryside to the spectacular blue of the Mediterranean in the distance.
Casa Kiva estate is located in the exclusive area of the island, in the protected region of Es Cubells.
This 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom jaw dropping estate accommodates up to 12 guests and offers wonderful accommodations in complete style.
The villa boasts both twin or double bed configurations making it easy to accommodate guests, whether singles or couples and is complete with luxury linens, ultra comfortable beds and bedding and soothing decor.
Each of the 6 bedrooms are cooled with air conditioning and decorated with Spanish charm.
The five bathrooms are equipped with showers, toilet and washbasins and one bathroom complete with a bathtub, ideal for the little ones or for that much needed relaxing soak. Four of the modern bathrooms are ensuite, and the fifth is shared between two of the bedrooms.
Each bathroom has fluffy towels and is bright and modern..
Whilst seated dining indoor or outdoor Casa Kiva showcases stunning panoramic views over lush pine forests and the infinity pool(11 x 4 m), whilst accommodating 12 guests at their dining tables, with a child's highchair available.
The villa also has a large outdoor BBQ for the perfect alfresco dining experience.
Casa Kiva estate boasts ample large outdoor terraces and an abundance of lounge chairs and daybeds for sunning. For younger guests there is also a large grassed area for outdoor activity.
With Wifi, sound system and Flat screen TV (complete with full sky movies and sports package), relaxing in doors in Casa Kiva is easy, just laze away on their oversized comfy sofas with plenty of seating for 12 guests. There are books and games available, with a ping pong table to enjoy as well.
The open plan living area boasts a well equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher, large refrigerator/freezer,, microwave, stove top, oven, toaster, coffee maker, pantry items and fully equipped with dishes and utensils.
Adjacent to the sleek kitchen area is a lovely dining space with a large table with ample seating for wonderful dinners with family and friends. The living areas are delightful, minimalist and clean lined, modern yet super comfortable and filled with light. The perfect spot to relax after a busy day.

If traveling with children, Casa Kiva will assist in gating the pool if needed to protect the little ones. Highchairs and a travel crib are also available.
For guests wanting to rent a car or a driver Casa Kiva can assist, if not there is plenty of car parking on site if guests arrive with their own transport.
The villa also offers the wonderful option of hiring a private chef to prepare a meal for you and your guests to be enjoyed comfortably with their outdoor/indoor dining options.
For those able to tear themselves away from their wonderful holiday home, a short 5 minute drive brings guests into Cala D’Hort, a pretty seaside town.. Guests can enjoy a range of restaurants including Ses Boques, set on the beach front, or two authentic Spanish restaurants.
Also close by is a well stocked supermarket for your convenience.
Casa Kiva is positioned just a short 20 minute scenic drive from San Antoni and the main town of Ibiza, with transportation services available by request from your estate.

Bachelor & bachelorette parties are not permitted and to rent this property the minimum age of renter is 25 years old.
