Welcome to Villa Cas Berris! A luxury four bedroomed holiday home located in San Jose de sa Talaia, Ibiza. The two floor property sits on a 300 square meters piece of land and it offers spectacular pool and sea views to its guests. The finca boasts a beautiful garden, private parking, balconies and terraces among other facilities. It is a family friendly getaway home, hence suitable for both adults and kids. .
Enjoy a sound sleep during the night in one of the four spacious and air conditioned bedrooms in villa Cas Berris. All the bedrooms are on the first floor with one of them having an ensuite bathroom. The other three share a common bathroom on the same floor and there is also another family shower room on the ground level. All the bedrooms are beautifully decorated with comfortable beds and neatly fixed white mosquito nets.
Villa Cas Berris has a huge beautiful garden where all guests can relax and have fun together. Its big swimming pool next to sun loungers is all you need during those hot ibizan summer days. The property also offers its guests enough parking, hence, your cars will be safe. And, if you feel like not going out, you can spend the entire day on the balcony that has elegant outdoor furniture enjoying the sun and breathtaking pool views. Later, have your BBQ dinner served in an outdoor dining area to enjoy the lovely night view too.
Make a family dinner right inside this villa as it provides a kitchen with all the appliances needed for a great meal. You can then serve the meals either in the outdoor dining space or indoors. Both facilities have comfortable furniture and are big enough to accommodate all the members. Villa Cas Berries’ interior is bright with white walls, wooden ceiling and patio with lovely pool view. The living room has a cozy couch, a TV set, music system and wireless internet. The villa also has a gym and in case you need an instructor, you can get one at a cost.
On arrival, you find spotlessly clean accomodation just for you and your family and friends. You then can start enjoying free high speed internet throughout your vacation. The staff provides you with beddings and towels, ironing facilities and a baby cot. A dishwasher and a washing machine are also available to make your work easier during your holiday.
It takes you five minutes to drive to Es Cubell where you can shop from the supermarket, enjoy local cuisine from one of the several restaurants and even have a drink in the nearby bars. A 10 minutes drive from the villa will take you to Cala D'hort beach, where you can enjoy the famous view of Es Vedra as you have fun diving, hiking and snorkeling.
