On the lower level, there are 4 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms with shower. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. All bathrooms are furnished with top designer Philippe Starck materials. A unique aspect of this villa is that sea view is to be enjoyed by each bedroom. Through a separate entrance, the 5th spacious bedroom is to be reached, that also has an en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning and a safe.

The villa has a stunning outside area with infinity pool with views to the Mediterranean sea and plenty of sun loungers and relaxing areas, chill-out lounge corner with a fridge. The villa is nestled in lush green trees. The estate is very private set over 1150m2.

Entering the villa you step directly into the spacious living room decorated with the classic Maison Elephant interior of complete style and excess and an open plan kitchen with the appliances you may need for your holiday. Thanks to the many windows it is very bright, which enables you to enjoy the beautiful view. The living room has a large dining table that seats ten persons and is equipped with a B&O sound system to enjoy music to its fullest. The kitchen is high-quality standard, modern and equipped with Miele appliances. There are three refrigerators available, of which one is specifically for the wine.

The villa includes 1x per week cleaning for 6 hours, a change of bed linen, towels and final cleaning.
