Welcome to Villa Cypraea! This astounding rental property is located in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods of Saint Barthélemy Island in the Caribbean. It is in Flamands, which has one of the longest beaches on the island, pristine white sands, and a beautiful hilly landscape. The villa itself is located on the top of a hill and offers fabulous view of the town, rolling hills, the turquoise ocean, and further into the blue. This home is ideal for guests looking for a private piece of paradise to spend a memorable holiday with their family or friends. There are two bedrooms that can sleep up to four guests.
In terms of amenities, Villa Cypraea has it all. The home offers a beautiful swimming pool, a gorgeous deck overlooking the scenery, a barbecue, a well-equipped kitchen, and a comfortable living area. All the rooms are spacious and air-conditioned for your comfort. The villa ticks all the right boxes – whether you want to stay in a top location, want to enjoy stunning views, if you want a luxurious holiday, or prefer a relaxing ambiance.
The villa is spread over two levels. The ground floor has a queen bedroom, perfect for a couple or a parent with a child. It has a satellite television, a dressing area, and a programmable safe. The ensuite bathroom has his/her sinks, a rain shower, and a hair dryer. The second bedroom is upstairs. It has a European king-size bed and its own terrace, which offers more privacy.
They are both air-conditioned and have large windows that provide wonderful sea views from over the hill. Playful orange cushions and curtains add a dash of color. Also, they are both ensuites. However, only the ground-floor bedroom has a television. That is the main difference between the two.
Villa Cypraea lets you enjoy the Caribbean climate with a sunny deck, BBQ grill, and a gorgeous private swimming pool that hangs at the edge of the cliff. Imagine sitting outside during the day and enjoying the panoramic sea vistas. And in the evening, imagine looking at the sea of stars and listening to the gentle waves lapping the shore just below.
There is a wide poolside terrace with loungers, and both sunny and shaded areas where you can relax after a swim, sunbathe, have your morning coffee, or evening drink, or enjoy an outdoor meal. Nature views keep changing throughout the day depending on the sun’s position and the shifting clouds, casting their shadows on the hills.
Villa Cypraea is modern and comfortably appointed. Inside, there is a large open-plan room with a cozy living area and a kitchen. A group of four can comfortably seat on the living room sofa and watch television if it is raining outside or make detailed plans for their St Barts stay. The tall ceiling allows plenty of sunlight and sea breeze to flow naturally.
The four-sitter dining table is placed just behind the sofa. Beyond this, you will find the kitchen with plenty of counter space and an island. It has an oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, blender, coffee maker, ice maker, and dishwasher.
This luxury property is planned for convenience. The bathrooms have toiletries, towels, and hair dryers. There is air-conditioning in all the rooms. Wi-Fi internet flows freely on the terrace too. The estate is completely fenced for your security and privacy. The indoor/outdoor sound system lets you create the perfect mood for your holiday. Feel free to use the kitchen appliances and the BBQ to cook a meal or ask for the services of a professional chef. The housekeeping team will work six days a week.
Flamands on the northwest tip of St Barts is a fantastic neighborhood. It has one of the largest beaches in St. Bart’s. Anse des Flamands or the Bay of Flamands is very scenic and attracts many tourists. It is a good beach for swimming but you will have to be careful because the waves can be very strong on some days. You can go to Chez Roland, La Langouste, and La Case de L’Isle for food.
